Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business. Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, including two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Friday). Associates must be available for annual inventory and entire holiday season (November and December). Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Saturday and Sunday).

The Senior Customer Manager manages the sales of medium/large, complex and geographical diverse accounts with the key objective to maintain, then grow in alignment to the sales/marketing plan. This includes capturing, probing, and identifying sales opportunities with customers, as well overseeing orders and maintenance on customer accounts. You will also have responsibilities in the areas of assisting customers, delivery solutions and ensuring customers follow established Dow P&SP sales practices.
Responsibilities
+ Manages account portfolio - prepares and implements account plans.
+ Leads and coordinates customer relationships.
+ Develops and executes sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
+ Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
+ Leads/conducts negotiations and implements price change.
+ Collaborates with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
+ Uses CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at "expert" level.
+ Delivers growth, including cross business opportunities.
+ Understands short vs long term trade offs and is able to articulate them for win solutions.
Required Qualifications
+ A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
+ 7+ years experience in technical/sales/marketing/commercial related positions is required
+ A valid U.S. driver's license is required.
+ A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
