The Habilitation Manager will:
In collaboration with the Clinical Manager, act as internal case manager and advocate for clients in the Habilitation program
Participate in Person-Centered Planning processes
Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
Make regular client visits, as per policy, to evaluate client progress and to monitor that client services are implemented according to the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan and the service definitions
Evaluate the progress of goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators
Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and as mandated by state regulation
Participate in client specific orientations as directed by the Clinical Manager
Qualifications for a Habilitation Manager:
Bachelor degree is required
Must be a Qualified Professional - minimum of 1 years of post degree experience with I/DD population
Prior supervisory experience a plus
Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This role will independently manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and stakeholders. You will foster strong business relationships, serving as the go-to-expert for Workday Integrations and trusted advisor to internal partners. This role will ensure the success of existing integrations while enabling you to troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively and effectively. Beyond maintaining the current ecosystem, the Manager, Workday Integration & Reporting Architect will lead the design, development and implementation of innovative integration solutions. Work Experience and Expertise
8+ years of professional experience in Workday integrations, including hands-on experience with tools like Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Core Connectors, Workday Payroll Effective Change Interface (WD PECI), Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) and Extend.
Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, cross-functional integration projects in enterprise environment.

Technical Skills

* Current and unencumbered license to practice specific to that state you are assigned to work.
* Membership in good standing on the medical staff of at least one contracted hospital.
* Current CPR certification.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to complete home visits.
