Document detailed information related to client/donor interaction and review-related issues.

The MRO communicates directly with donors, laboratories and pharmacies to determine if there are factors which would explain drug test results that were confirmed to be positive or invalid and uses experience, expertise and clinical judgment to determine final drug test results.
**WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:**
The Medical Review Officer will be part of an elite group of personnel providing support to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, Workplace Solutions clients. This support includes, but is not limited to:
+ Provide subject matter expertise in executing MRO Services across Workplace Solutions broad customer base.
+ Work closely with MRO staff and MROA support to uphold and preserve the integrity of the medical review process. Participate in process improvement discussions, in partnership with Workplace Operations Leadership.
+ Interpret and report results of drug testing for Department of Transportation (DOT), federal, and non-DOT clients consistent with Federal and DOT statutes and regulations and/or Workplace Solutions written Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Review documentation for possible errors, interview donors who have non-negative results over the phone and determine if a legitimate medical explanation exists to explain a non-negative lab report.
+ Review and sign-off on administrative documents that require MRO review, such as memorandums to correct errors, prescription faxes, and medical records.
+ Exercise physician experience, MRO expertise and clinical judgment in decision making regarding final drug test results.
+ Highly accountable for upholding DOT regulated standards across all drug test result reviews. Final drug test results, as released by the MRO, determine employment status and safety considerations/requirements across Workplace customers.
+ Provide feedback to laboratory and collection site representatives regarding performance problems, as needed.
+ Provide feedback to clients and tested persons on problem cases, in a client-facing capacity as a representative of Abbott's MRO leadership team.
+ Consult with federal agency representatives on issues. Provide information to federal agency representatives on reviewed cases.
+ Maintain required MRO records and ensure audit readiness.
+ Keep up to date on changes in applicable Federal and DOT laws, regulations and state laws.
+ Participate in the development of annual Medical Services and Drug & Alcohol Testing Services Department goals and objectives
+ Ensure adherence to applicable Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Quality policies & procedures

**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)

The position of Clinical Review Nurse is within our Toxicology division located at our Kansas City, MO site within Workplace Solutions. In this role, the Clinical Review Nurse is responsible for accuracy and integrity of the Workplace Solutions drug testing review process. This role communicates directly with donors to determine if there are factors that would explain drug test results that were confirmed to be positive or invalid. Additionally, review physicals and self-reported medications for client employers. What You'll Work On
The Clinical Review Specialist will be part of an elite group of personnel providing support to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, Workplace Solutions clients. This support includes, but is not limited to:
Provide subject matter expertise in executing Drug Testing Services across Workplace Solutions broad customer base.
Work closely with drug & alcohol testing staff and support to uphold and preserve the integrity of the clinical review process. Participate in process improvement discussions, in partnership with Workplace Operations Leadership.
Interpret and report results of Workplace clients consistent with Workplace Solutions written Standard Operating Procedures.
Review documentation for possible errors, speak with donors over the phone, and determine if a legitimate medical explanation exists to explain a non-negative lab report.
Provide feedback to laboratory and collection site representatives regarding performance problems, as needed.
Provide feedback to clients and tested persons on problem cases.
Participate in the development of annual Medical Services and Drug & Alcohol Testing Services Department goals and objectives.
Ensure adherence to applicable Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Quality policies & procedures.
Review physical exam documentation for completeness and accuracy, following established Occupational Health Services processes.
Follow-up with medical providers, clinics, employers, and employee/drivers to obtain necessary corrections and/or additional medical documentation.
Review medical documentation to determine if employees on medical leave meet DOT regulations and recommendations for return to work as DOT drivers.
Review DOT driver self-reported medications to determine if a safety-sensitive letter is needed.
Identify changes in medical status associated with reported medications.
Review donor-submitted records (laboratory and ancillary testing results, vaccine/TB testing records, OSHA respirator questionnaires) to determine if donor meets identified client requirements.

Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Professional Education (US), you will be instrumental in creating strategic training initiatives that ensure the safe and effective use of J&J Neurovascular products. The position of Clinical Review Nurse is within our Toxicology division located at our Kansas City, MO site within Workplace Solutions. In this role, the Clinical Review Nurse is responsible for accuracy and integrity of the Workplace Solutions drug testing review process. What You'll Work On
The Clinical Review Specialist will be part of an elite group of personnel providing support to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, Workplace Solutions clients. This support includes, but is not limited to:
Provide subject matter expertise in executing Drug Testing Services across Workplace Solutions broad customer base.
Work closely with drug & alcohol testing staff and support to uphold and preserve the integrity of the clinical review process. Participate in process improvement discussions, in partnership with Workplace Operations Leadership.
Interpret and report results of Workplace clients consistent with Workplace Solutions written Standard Operating Procedures.
Review documentation for possible errors, speak with donors over the phone, and determine if a legitimate medical explanation exists to explain a non-negative lab report.
Provide feedback to laboratory and collection site representatives regarding performance problems, as needed.
Provide feedback to clients and tested persons on problem cases.
Participate in the development of annual Medical Services and Drug & Alcohol Testing Services Department goals and objectives.
Ensure adherence to applicable Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Quality policies & procedures.
Review physical exam documentation for completeness and accuracy, following established Occupational Health Services processes.
Follow-up with medical providers, clinics, employers, and employee/drivers to obtain necessary corrections and/or additional medical documentation.
Review medical documentation to determine if employees on medical leave meet DOT regulations and recommendations for return to work as DOT drivers.
Review DOT driver self-reported medications to determine if a safety-sensitive letter is needed.
Identify changes in medical status associated with reported medications.

Position Summary
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) - by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend much of their time spent field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients.
Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
Proactively uses available tools such as SOPHIA to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans.
Provides feedback on experience using these tools to leadership to enable continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs and ensures medical accuracy.
Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs that is consistent with label.
Organizes external speaker programs, selecting speakers from list approved by Speakers Bureau and facilitating scheduling and logistics.
Maintains a high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call to reactively answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with the appropriate stakeholders to enable BMS to better serve its customers.
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
Experience in cardiovascular preferred.

Compensation Overview:
Field - United States - US: $124,090 - $150,370
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

**Senior Medical Science Liaison Cardiorenal (Kansas City)**
The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a trusted scientific expert and partner representing Bayer in the medical community through the dissemination of and education on scientific data related to Bayer products across the product lifecycle. The MSL establishes proactive long- term scientific/strategic relationships with key, influential healthcare providers, and stakeholders, and with major medical associations and academic centers of excellence. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Medical Science Liaison, are to:
**Scientific Expertise**
+ Complete core training curriculum and basic MSL and Therapeutic Area (TA) Certification;
+ Demonstrated accountability to continuous learning and growth (Franchise data, MSL role, Soft Skills, Personal Development). Completes recertification where applicable;
+ Professional licensure with CEU documentation where applicable;

+ Coordinates and lead TA updates, team discussions, training initiatives (i.e. journal clubs);

**Research**
