This position has budget responsibility for operating expenses, is responsible for continuous improvement on all shifts and for staff development. This position works collaboratively with the TriHealth Laboratories' department specific Technical Specialists and the Lab Compliance/Safety/QA Specialist to maintain quality and compliance with regulatory agencies. The Supervisor of Laboratory Services ensures that the Lab services meet customer needs while continuously striving to improve the quality of services provided.
