Pros of working at Baylor University

The facilities are excellent and there is ample funding.

Cons of working at Baylor University

Ridged people and system. Too much of a conservative Baptist’s culture. Too many people are openly sexist, racist and anti Semitic; and there is institutional prejudice against the LBGBTQ population.
