The Christian, family-like environment. Baylor University is a historic institution that provides a world-class education to thousands of students each year.

The very low pay with little room for advancement.

The ability to take time off as needed.

The facilities are excellent and there is ample funding.

Ridged people and system. Too much of a conservative Baptist’s culture. Too many people are openly sexist, racist and anti Semitic; and there is institutional prejudice against the LBGBTQ population.

It's easily accessible and I have learned a lot.

There's no mobility as a student employee.
