Pros of working at BayMark Health Services

i like my patients. That is about it. Their covid pay is nice, but also its not guaranteed.

Cons of working at BayMark Health Services

pay is extremely low. NO training. No support. Baymark encouraged toxic work environments and even in their employee policy book it states they will not reprimand if staff is mean, or creates hostile environments unless its about your race, gender, orientation, disability. They dont care about their employees well being. They do not care about individual clinics or individual patients. ITs all about money (for profit company that holds a HUGE stake in all MAT treatments of USA). Benefits are incredibly expensive, no employee supports or incentives. Hours also are awful.
