RESPONSIBILITIES:

Removes solid waste, regulated medical waste, soiled linens, and recyclables. Job Summary
Summary: Under the supervision of the Manager or Director of Support Services, the Patient Transport/Custodian is responsible for assisting patients and visitors as they enter and exit the hospital. Alongside patient transport duties, this role will provide support by performing essential Environmental Services tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning as directed by the Supervisor. Responsibilities include maintaining both internal and external areas of the campus, as well as actively participating in snow removal and storm preparation activities.
