Job Title: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) - Remote with Territory Travel
Travel: Up to 80% (4 days/week) via automobile or air
We are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support access and reimbursement services for a specialty pharmaceutical product. In this client-facing, remote-based role, you will work directly with physician offices and manufacturer partners to resolve reimbursement challenges and deliver critical education on payer landscapes and available support services. The FRM acts as a trusted advisor and key liaison between healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and internal patient support services. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role that demands a strong understanding of medical reimbursement, Medicare and commercial payers, and buy-and-bill or specialty pharmacy distribution models.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Virtual Education (35%) - Deliver on-site or virtual training and education to healthcare providers and staff on reimbursement processes, including lunch-and-learns and scheduled presentations. Log all activity in CRM daily.
Benefit & Access Education (25%) - Educate providers on benefit verification, prior authorization, payer trends, and support center services. Document and report all interactions as required by the client.
Reimbursement Support (20%) - Assist offices with claims, billing and coding, appeals, medical benefit interpretation, and co-pay or patient assistance programs. Coordinate closely with case managers for resolution.
Territory Management (10%) - Manage a schedule of outbound calls, appointment setting, and in-office follow-ups. Collaborate with manufacturer field teams to ensure seamless communication and data sharing.
Program Performance Monitoring (10%) - Track territory metrics in CRM, analyze trends, and contribute to quarterly reporting and customer satisfaction feedback as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years in healthcare reimbursement (Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy)
Knowledge of Medicare & commercial insurance
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Proficient with PowerPoint, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools
Valid driver's license; must be able to travel up to 80%
Preferred Qualifications:
Field reimbursement or specialty pharmacy experience
Account management or pharmaceutical industry experience

The Opportunity

What You'll Do

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on contracts, submittals, RFIs, schedules, budget status, and change orders. Lead and manage regular OAC meetings.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes, and maintain high standards of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Expect from You
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, specifically in sectors like retail, self-storage, grocery, entertainment, or industrial.
A Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with construction management software, such as Procore and Sage 300 (experience with similar tools is also acceptable).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor project teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

What We Expect from You

Computer skills, Procore knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs.
Strong ability to demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate well both verbally and written.
Must be able to meet all physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to: standing and walking for extended periods of time on various terrains, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.

Ensure safety rules, policies and practices are documented and adhered to. Ensure the implementation of any safety corrective measures.

Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, purchasing, and planning teams to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications and schedule.
Advise senior level management and project management of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties, etc. Assist in circumventing and resolving such problems as required. Serve as the final trade technical expert on items/issues that are elevated from the field.
Ensure appropriate team members are aware of all contract key terms, conditions, scope, inclusions and exclusions.
Perform other Senior Superintendent responsibilities as required.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Superintendent in coordinating all construction activities on assigned projects
Support the supervision of crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work
Monitor daily site operations and maintain project documentation, including logs, reports, and safety records
Help enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on-site
Track project progress, assist with scheduling updates, and communicate field conditions to the project team
Support client, inspector, and building official interactions to ensure smooth communication and compliance
Assist with implementing cost-effective strategies and problem-solving field challenges
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logistics
Collaborate with Project Management and Estimating teams to align field operations with project plans

Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations (internship or co-op experience considered)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction/Science, or related field (preferred)
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, “hands-on” approach to problem solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction management software
Experience using smartphones and tablets in conjunction with field management software
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trade practices
Eager to learn, grow, and develop into a future Superintendent role

This position will support our Long Bridge North project. This project will expand a current two-track rail corridor to four-tracks significantly reducing rail congestion in southwest Washington DC. Construction will include 1.8 miles of improvements, 7 new bridges and 20,000 feet of tracks. After completion, Long Bridge with increase rail traffic capacity for CSX, Virginial Railway Express, and Amtrak trains.

What you will be doing
Plan work methods, materials, equipment needs and work schedule for assigned project work. Reviews daily work schedule with direct reports and updates monthly schedule from project feedback.
Reviewsand understands the project specifications to support job set up activities. Works with work crews, field engineers and local utility companies to identify hazardous areas on job site. Working with multiple job sites and multiple project plans, when necessary.
Coordinate with internal equipment team and external vendors to ensure that project work is equipped with appropriate equipment and material quantities to complete production within assigned budget and schedule.
Forecast the work schedule to identify possible issues and provides technical or scheduling recommendations to mitigate production issues.
Provide technical input to identify and resolve project risks including construction methods, work plan and material requirements, safety and schedule activities. Documents daily activities and meeting notes using Company approved document methods.
Support and promotes strict adherence to safety and process controls regarding operating equipment, worksite safety and documentation requirements.
Supervise sub-contractor production and workforce regarding assigned project work. Recommends work schedule or work method adjustments regarding sub-contractor activities, as needed.
What we are looking for
10+ years of heavy civil construction experience required.
7+ years construction management experience required.
Bachelor's Degree a plus.
Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills required.
Strong leadership capability with internal drive to mentor and grow internal talent.
Proven ability to manage difficult schedules and project demands while maintaining strict adherence to project safety program.
Advanced knowledge of construction site equipment operation and maintenance requirements.
Advanced knowledge of construction site safety protocols and proven ability to enforce project safety programs.
Knowledge and understanding of local union or prevailing wage rules.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standards and contract specific plans and specifications.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics, and fundamentals geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
