Kelly King has served as chairman of BB&T Corporation since January 2010; president and chief executive officer of BB&T Corporation and chairman and chief executive officer of BB&T since January 2009; chief operating officer of BB&T Corporation and BB&T from July 2004 to December 2008; and president of BB&T Corporation from 1996 to June 2004. King has forged a lifetime of leadership experience with BB&T, devoting 29 of his 40 years of service to BB&T as a member of Executive Management. He has assumed leadership roles in commercial and retail banking, operations, insurance, corporate financial services, investment services and capital markets. King is credited with leading BB&T to continued profitability and financial stability through the economic downturn beginning in 2008. Under his leadership, BB&T was one of the first institutions to repay TARP funds. His unwavering commitment to the company's vision, mission and values has led to a nationally recognized associate volunteer program, called The Lighthouse Project.

Angie Arno is a Financial Executive-Loan Operations at BB&T Corp and CFO-Data and Technology Services at BB&T Corp and is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Mrs. Duck joined BB&T in 1988. After graduating from BB&T's Management Development Program, she served as a branch manager in Burlington, N.C. She later was promoted to regional branch operations manager for the Greensboro, N.C.-based Triad Region. Duck then moved to BB&T’s Operations Division where she assumed responsibility for merger conversions and BB&T’s Production Cycle Management Group. As Electronic Delivery Channels manager, she managed a group including the ATM, Online Banking and Call Center channels. In 2003, Duck joined BB&T's executive management team. As Enterprise Risk Manager, she currently manages Credit Risk Review, Enterprise Regulatory and Compliance Risk, Enterprise Data Office, Enterprise Policy and Governance and Model Risk Management.

Bennett Bradley joined BB&T in 1985. After graduating from BB&T’s Management Development Program, he served as a financial analyst and in various lending roles including Senior Credit Officer of the BB&T Eastern Region until 2000. In 2000, he was named Manager of Electronic Delivery Systems which was comprised of the ATM, Online Banking and Call Center channels along with the Debit product line. In 2005, he was named President of the newly-formed Payment Solutions Division. In this role, he had responsibility for the following business lines: Merchant Acquiring, International Services, Treasury Services, Association Services, Card Issuing including Credit, Debit and Prepaid, and Commercial Deposits. In January of 2016, Bennett was named as Chief Digital Officer for BB&T, and currently has the responsibility of leading the Enterprise Digital Strategy Group.

Experienced Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer leading management company, back-office and middle-office operations for a broad range of investment strategies including private equity funds, private credit funds, venture capital funds, funds of funds, Small Business Investment Companies ("SBICs") and real estate investment companies.

Williams, a 26-year veteran of the banking industry, joined BB&T in 2003 through the First Virginia Bank merger. Williams was named chief communications officer in 2009 and executive vice president in 2010. In 2009, the Winston-Salem Urban League named her Person of the Year/Corporate Leadership. In 2010, she was named one of the “Most Powerful Women in Finance” by Women of Color magazine. In 2012, the city of Winston-Salem named her “Outstanding Women’s Leader.” She was named to the BB&T Executive Management team in August 2012.

Dontá Wilson leads Digital, Client Experience, Analytics and Marketing at Truist Financial Corporation, the nation’s premier financial services company serving approximately 10 million households.

Wilson is responsible for leading digital transformation and ensuring a world-class, distinctive client experience for all Truist clients. In this role, he oversees digital banking, digital sales, digital strategy and innovation, intelligent automation, client experience, client insights and analytics, experience design and research, marketing, corporate communications, and the Truist Foundation. Wilson also oversees Truist Ventures, the corporate arm created to invest in and partner with companies in pursuit of dynamic solutions such as Fintech companies. He is a member of the company’s executive management team.

He began working at Truist predecessor BB&T's Bank Operations department in October 1995 while he was in college and now has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Wilson has served as a financial center manager, business banker and retail city executive in Charlotte, North Carolina; regional business banking manager for the Battlefield Northern Virginia Region; area executive for Prince William County, Virginia; and was appointed regional president for the Battlefield Northern Virginia Region in 2005. He was named Alabama group/state president in 2009, became group/state president of the Atlanta-based Georgia Region in 2014 and in 2016 was appointed to the Executive Management team and named chief client experience officer. In December 2019, Wilson assumed his current position as chief digital and client experience officer at Truist Financial Corporation, created through the merger of equals between BB&T Corporation and SunTrust Banks, Inc

Wilson earned his bachelor's degree in management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. He is also a T.E.P. graduate of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and the BB&T Banking School at Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

He is the founder and a board member of I Am My Brother's Keeper inner city mentor program, serves on the board of advisors for the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Wilson is a member of the Truist Foundation board of directors and on the board of Samaritan’s Feet. He is a member of World 50/Marketing 50, the Young Presidents’ Organization; Executive Leadership Council; Sigma Pi Phi (Boule); and Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc.
