The culture is truly friendly and supportive. Very understanding of work-life balance and individual autonomy and responsibility for getting your work done.

Cons of working at BBDO Detroit

There isn't much operational structure and little to no appreciation for management processes. Very little follow through or support build new models.

Lots of autonomy to lead my teams and execute according to what's best for the project. Also very much appreciate the work / life balance.
