2003

FEC (2003), an earlier challenge to campaign finance regulation brought by Republican Senator Mitch McConnell.

Wisconsin Right to Life, Inc. (2003), because it attempted to inform voters that Clinton was unfit for office.

2014

Federal Election Commission (2014), the Supreme Court struck down FECA amendments, including by the BCRA, that had imposed aggregate limits on individual contributions to multiple federal candidates, political parties, and political action committees (PACs).
