Pros of working at BE&K Building Group

The biggest pro is if you're starting out or need something to get by, this company gets the job done.

Cons of working at BE&K Building Group

One major downside of working here is the superintendent. Most of them come across as highly incompetent, lacking both the education and leadership skills necessary for the role. It's difficult to take pride in your work when leadership doesn't lead by example or treat the team fairly.

I've had a great experience with some upper management. A few truly stand out as supportive leaders who take the time to mentor. They're approachable and genuinely want to see you grow in your role.
