In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our to provide clinical oversight and Ancora Memory Care Assited Living residents and providing clinical oversight to ensure quality of care for all residents. The Ancora MAnager assists in maintaining compliance of federal and state regulations while ensuring the organizations policies and procedures are implemented and maintained. This position also participates in the community's QAPI Committee.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities
Supervise the delivery of nursing services to residents including ADLs and medication services.
Assist in interviewing, hiring and orientation of new clinical associates.
Monitor and assist in scheduling staffing to ensure the community is appropriately supported.
Assist with resident assessments for pre-admission, admission, and ongoing assessments and implementation/updating of Resident Service Plans.
Participate in care conferences and maintain regular communication with families and residents.
Routinely make rounds of the Ancora Unit for compliance and ensure proper resident care.
Ensure an attractive, safe, and sanitary environment is provided for residents, associates, families, and outside vendors.
Serve as a member of the QAPI Committee as assigned.
Audit and complete electronic health records.
Member of the Administrative Staff with on-call responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
Position Requirements
Education: Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
Licenses/Certifications: Active Nurse license & current CPR certification
Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience/leadership in Assisted Living/ Memory Support.
Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
High degree of integrity and compassion to our residents.
Strong communicator and capable of leading change.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and deadlines concurrently.
Proficiency in electronic health records, Point Click Care and Microsoft experience preferred.

Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training.
Prior experience working with curriculum development, differentiation and instruction, preferably in an alternative, special education and/or behavioral health program setting.
Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with severe learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, emotional behavioral disorders and/or other related disabilities.

Must be a Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician who can administer assessments, make clinical decisions, provide Mental Health treatment, and hold any of the following licenses: LSW, LPC or equivalent. The Behavioral Health Professional co-leads group therapy, one on one therapy, and crisis therapy.

Safely maintain, repair and rehab equipment in multiple areas within the Maintenance Division; Plumbing, Kitchen Equipment Repair, HVAC/R, Aquatic Systems & Water Quality.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of assigned equipment and locations
Perform rehab work on assigned equipment and locations
Maintain, install, repair and trouble-shoot various items, equipment and locations
Inspect equipment and locations for malfunctions and repair
Perform routine preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment
Assist with keeping a daily duty log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenance
Effectively and professionally communicate and coordinate with other departments within the park.
Comply with company procedures, policies and safety standards
Help to ensure compliance with government codes and corporate mandates.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC/R, Aquatic Systems and Water Quality
Should possess practical skills and willingness to learn in all of the respective areas; Plumbing, HVAC/R, Aquatic Systems, and Water Quality
Experience with electrical, plumbing & natural gas systems preferred
Ability and willingness to work any shift and on weekends and holidays as needed
Must be able to trouble-shoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of Guests and fellow Team Members
Must possess strong safety sensitivity & ability to work with many different types of devices
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must possess a valid Driver's License

Execute routine sterility assurance activites
Support media fill simulations and provide documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:
Experience in qualification or validation activities supporting contamination control measures in manufacturing facilities or equipment.
Comprehensive understanding of aseptic techniques, either through hands-on operational experience or involvement in media fill processes.
Prior experience participating in media fill simulations in a regulated environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts on a 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off rotation. Must be flexible to accommodate additional work in extended hours and/or off-hour work (including potential nights & weekends).
