Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist nearly two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job. POSITION INTRODUCTION: Reliable driver with a friendly attitude is needed to pick up and deliver bins. Must possess the ability to lift 50 lbs. and push 300 lbs. in rolling bins and walk long distances. We are looking for a patient, flexible and dedicated person to work with, train and supervise a fantastic team of adults with disabilities. Daily duties of this position are to provide top of the line services for the individuals on the team while providing quality service to the customers we provide a variety of services for. This is a hands-on position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure that routine maintenance is performed, and that vehicle is in safe running order. * Ensure the vehicle inspection as outlined in the Beacon Driver's manual is being completed. Report any problems immediately to Supervisor and/or Fleet Department when needed. * Ensure that vehicle mileage forms are completed on a daily basis. * Ensure a clean vehicle, which includes cleaning the inside and outside on a regular basis. * Operate vehicle in a safe manner and in compliance with local and state laws. * Ensure all passengers wear seat belts. * Report and record accidents in a timely manner to supervisor. * Know the location of first aid kit, fire extinguisher, personal protection kit, and roadside triangles. * Responsible to coach and mentor Clients who are assigned to the daily route. This includes maintaining and filling out required proper client documentation and communication with the Client's Rehabilitation Supervisor regarding Client performance. * Supervise and monitor clients at all times. Clients shall be kept within job coach's line of sight. Job Coaches should model tasks and appropriate behavior required of the worksite. * Help new Job Coaches to mentor and teach, reinforce and assist with appropriate work attitudes, behaviors and daily living skills. * Foster and promote a positive image of community placement. * Mentor the new Job Coach to adhere to Beacon Group's philosophy of using patience and sensitivity when dealing with clients, utilizing a positive approach in any situation. * Complete and train on how to complete Internal Monthly Progress Reports on each individual. * Report any concerns regarding a client to the appropriate Program Manager. * In conjunction with the Program Manager, maintain good communication with parents, group home staff, DDD Support Coordinators/Vocational Rehabilitation case managers, etc., regarding any situation that might affect any individual. * In conjunction with team members, assist with the development of individual service program plans, giving input regarding strengths, needs objectives, long-term goals, job skills and chart client objectives. Implement the individual Support Plan and Behavior Treatment plan as written. * Maintain an updated substitute manual for the department, assuring pertinent employee information is available. Train and supervise substitute as assigned. * Complete and train other on incident reports in accordance with Beacon Group policy. * Participates in and/or conducts time studies at work sites. * Accurately input MITC daily entries. * Assist and participate in and/or conduct time studies at assigned work sites. * Review daily pick-up tickets and prepare the truck to service the route. * Responsible to pick up various confidential and recycle materials from customer's locations in accordance with NAID and other industry standards and requirements. * Responsible for completing daily vehicle and equipment maintenance check list and keeping the vehicles properly fueled and clean at all times. * Responsible for ensuring all bins and consoles are clean and free of paper prior to loading onto the truck. * Responsible for obtaining required signatures from the customers after performing the daily service. * Responsible for working with the customers to ensure high level of customer service through the delivery of services. * Responsible for acting in a courteous and professional manner at all times. * Responsible for assisting in the direction of the Driver Assistants and Clients to perform high quality customer service. * Responsible for all the required information relating to the pick-up up of materials, logging proper weights, and tagging materials for proper destruction. * Must ensure all policies and procedures are met regarding the security of material as outlined in the Beacon Secure Policies and Procedures. * Responsible for following and obeying all traffic laws. * Perform all other tasks as assigned. * Ensure medications are properly stored and administered to clients if needed. * Ensure fire extinguishers are being checked and tags initialed monthly. * Ability to drive a large commercial truck and maintain a clean driving record. * Ability to lift 50 lbs., push 300 lbs. in rolling bins, and walk long distances. * Ability to communicate effectively with staff, Clients, and the public. * Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment. * Courteous and professional customer service skills. * Ability to read and write English. * Ability to pass and maintain DOT medical card. * Ability to follow instructions. * Ability to use judgement. * Ability to learn and use equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: * Clean driving record. * Experience driving a box truck. * Commitment to customer service and the flexibility to meet customer needs throughout the day. * You must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes and pass drug, credit and background checks and present proof of a clean driving record. * High school diploma or its equivalent. * Ability to pass a random drug screen and background at any time during employment. * CPR/First Aid certification, or able to obtain and maintain a CPR/ First Aid Certification. * Fingerprint clearance card, or able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card. * Provide proof of good driving (39-month uncertified MVR) from ******************** * Have a valid Arizona Driver's License and pass the Beacon driving test. * Article IX and Prevention and Support certificate or able to obtain and maintain certification. * Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Minimum two years of customer service experience. POSITIONS SUMMARY: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with CPA or CMA certification, or a Master's degree in accounting or business administration. * Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a management role. * Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams. * High level of computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook required). * Experience with financial systems and software implementation is highly desirable. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
