Pulls medications and controlled substances from Omnicell reports for established routes following standard work. * Pulls controlled substances from the CSM following standard work and placing into the delivery cart. * Fills Omnicell cabinet, entering appropriate expiration dates and removing expired medications. * Checks return bin per standard work. * Checks for discrepancies at each Omnicell fill following standard work; reports unresolvable discrepancies to the Omnicell Optimization Technician or Management daily. * Double checks all fill utilizing Omnicell reports resolving any misfills discovered immediately following standard work. * Fills and labels all new orders with proper priority ("stat" in 30 minutes, "now" in 60 minutes, and remaining orders filled in time for the next route). * Stocks Omnicell cabinets by new upload or via Patient Specific Bins (PSB). * Processes Patient Specific Bin (PSB), discharge report, discharged PSB medications and discontinued PSB medications hourly. * Processes PSB blue bins after discharge and ensures disposition to CPD for cleaning. * Picks up and processes credits (including refrigerated items) from all units daily. * Maintains 5S of all technician work areas and completes daily checklists. IV Fill Cell: *
Compounds all admixtures, piggybacks, TPNs and other specialty solutions according to batch times following standard work following par levels, under pharmacist's supervision, using aseptic technique, and following all USP 797 guidelines. * Fulfills daily, weekly and monthly cleaning requirements per USP 797 guidelines using Simplifi 797 program. * Checks refrigerator for IVs that can be recycled and discard all outdated IV's; maintain 5S and cleanliness of clean room work area, equipment, bins, etc. * Stocks clean room daily with solutions, syringes and medications, maintaining established par levels at all times per standard work. Places supply orders in P2P as needed. * Follows the daily production pars to prepare all compounded/batched items. * Prepares new orders in a timely manner; applies double check system. * Ensures completion of all online records/logs which pertain to CQI (hood cleaning, TPN compounder calibration/cleaning, temp logs, biologicals, syringe and epidural compounding, hood pressure etc.). * Delivers stat IV solutions per standard work. * Picks up and processes credits from all units daily. Repackages medications utilizing appropriate packaging material (MediDose, Shrink wrap, oral liquids, PakEdge) daily. * Utilizes the kanban card standard work to maintain appropriate par levels of repackaged medications. * Applies Zebra barcodes on medications when deemed necessary. * Completes the daily and monthly functions of cleaning/maintenance of the packaging equipment. * Maintains 5S of the packaging and barcode area. * Scans in order while checking that manufacturer barcodes are readable with bedside barcode scanning system, giving all non-readable inventory items to Pharmacy Clinical Analyst Pharmacist. * Assists in keeping inventory at minimally optimal levels and reorders when par levels dictate. * Check in and putting away the McKesson order as assigned. * McKesson ordering for "add-on" items identified. Pharmacy Support Function: *
Completes standard work for monthly outdate inspections within the pharmacy, as assigned and cleans bins/shelves to ensure cleanliness of the area. * Exchanges code boxes and travel boxes and logs their location. Restocks codes trays, travel boxes, and epidural trays and charges as needed when returned to Pharmacy. * Answers telephone courteously with appropriate identification, and routing inquiries. * Follows standard work for processing "yellow' messages from nursing. * Follows standard work for restocking AWS accurately daily. Prints and fills surgery cases from surgery schedule via Surginet. * Orients new technicians thoroughly, cordially and with respect. * Attends meetings, reads minutes, emails and stays current with all communications. Job Summary and Qualifications
The EP Technologist assists in all procedures performed in the EP area. The EP Technologist requires detailed knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, disease processes and principles of cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional technology in a safe patient care.
The EP Technologist demonstrates an expert knowledge of radiological equipment and safety, shielding techniques, expert imaging skills and X-ray equipment trouble-shooting skills, analyzing, 3D mapping and recording equipment and other equipment utilized in the Electrophysiology Lab, and performs unit-based activities, which contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
The EP Technologist demonstrates the ability to function in all of the positions with the exception of nursing. Essential information is shared through documentation and verbal communication.
Requirements:
Graduate of accredited school of cardiovascular technology is required.
One year of Cath Lab experience, performing both diagnostic and interventional procedures highly preferred.
If not RCIS, RCES, then must be eligible to take the credentialing examination and obtain RCIS or RCES within 6 months of hire.

Overview:
Springboard is launching an online course for aspiring Pharmacy Technicians who have no prior experience in healthcare or pharmacy. Springboard is looking to hire an engaging Live Course Instructor with prior experience teaching aspiring CPhTs to supplement the self-directed and 1:1 tutoring components of the program.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate large-group “review sessions” (20-75 students per session) aligned to key curriculum areas over a 25-week period. Sessions will be 60 mins each. We're expecting ~10 distinct lectures needed over this period, repeated 2-3 times each to accommodate time zones.
Review sessions will have a specific focus on memorization, study strategies, and recall practice - eg: sharing mnemonic devices and memory tricks to learn specific topics, and quizzing students via games.
Lead engaging, motivational sessions that help build student confidence on material.
Prepare independently for live sessions (up to 4 additional hours per week).
Work with Springboard to develop and modify session agendas and lecture decks as needed.
Develop gamified approaches using tools like Kahoot and others.
Offer 2-3 live session slots for a given topic, to accommodate different time zones.
Perform skill demonstrations live, as needed, for 6 key lab skills.
Support NHA ExCPT and PTCB exam prep by holding exam review sessions towards the end of the course.
Respond to student questions and help moderate the course online community channel throughout the duration of the course, specifically responding to questions about the course material.
This might also include monitoring Canvas discussion boards for weekly student responses and questions.
Armed with an understanding of best practices and approaches to delivering Pharmacy Technician-aligned education online, apply your subject matter expertise in:
Core pharmacy workflows and entry-level technician skill development
Pharmacy law, regulatory compliance, and medication safety principles
Pharmacology fundamentals, drug classifications, and brand/generic identification
Dosage calculations, conversions, and accuracy protocols

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience working as a PharmD or a CPhT.
Active PharmD or CPhT license and/or certification.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills with large student audiences; students should feel more confident and motivated leaving the session than when they arrived.
A robust toolkit of “memory and learning tricks” you use to teach CPhTs topics like Basic Pharmacology, Drug Classifications & Disease States, A&P, Pharm Law, Math, and more.

Dispensing/Profile Review
* Receives prescriptions from patients, obtains complete information from the patient or family, and enters information into Pharmacy Information System computer.
* Fills patient prescriptions with correct medication affixing cautionary statements and explanation labels as needed, utilizing the double check system 100% of the time.
* Ensures appropriate patient teaching sheets and medication guides are attached to prescriptions.
* Ensures pharmacist checks each prescription 100% of the time before distribution.
* Calls insurance companies to facilitate successful prescription claim processing and prior authorization requests.
* Utilizes the IVR system to maximize workflow efficiencies.
* Works within standard work to ensure safe and efficient workflow; uses barcode scanning technology capabilities within the Pharmacy Information System to ensure the highest levels of patient safety.
* Completes controlled substance C-II counts and maintains accurate logs per department policy complying with state and federal regulations.
* Appropriately triages patient or customer drug information questions to the pharmacist per Board regulations.
* Processes individual patient refill requests sent by email, phone, IVR system or computer.
* Assist identified patients by referral to the Medication Assistance Program or by identifying manufacturer's coupon programs that may be used.
* Follows processes for filling prescriptions to meet all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to dispensing of drugs and controlled substances.
* Audits prescriptions waiting to be picked up by patients and return to stock any that have not been picked up after 14 days, processing the return in the Pharmacy Information System computer reversing any insurance claim transmissions Perform duties as Inpatient Pharmacy Technician, as assigned.
Inventory/Accounting/Billing
* Checks supplies and medications for outdated items monthly.
* Balances cash drawer daily.
* Responsible for making cash deposits and verification of previous days cash deposit with cashier daily.
* Runs Daily Sales Analysis Reports for Finance Department and assists with Monthly Finance Reports, as needed.
* Completes the ordering of quality inventory to meet customer demand, minimize costs and maximize profitability. Maintains efficient, cost-effective inventory par levels of office supplies.
* Runs McKesson order analysis report daily to ensure compliance with contract pricing.
* Receives medications and supplies from wholesalers daily, checking against the invoice to ensure all items are received.
* Processes returnable goods for credit as needed.
* Changes wholesaler inventory labels on shelf to ensure proper items are ordered.
* Rotate stock and dispose of outdated supplies according to guidelines.
* Assist in completion of department inventory and bi-enniel controlled substance inventory.
* Completes HIPAA Disclosure Log monthly.
* Completes billing of accounts.
* Completes reconciliation of third-party billing and prepares monthly third-party reconciliation reports.
* Provides contractual allowance worksheets to Finance Department monthly.
* Utilizes consistent, approved pricing schedules when billing prescriptions.
* Assist with monitoring Med-Asset Contract Pricing Verification Report, contacting McKesson and/or Med-Asset regarding potential contract price discrepancies.
* Manages invoice coding and processing in the P2P electronic system.
* Ensures pharmacy compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act regulations.
Customer Service
* Politely answers and screens all phone calls (including name and credentials) so that patients have an excellent customer experience and takes proper action relaying messages to pharmacist as needed.
* Demonstrates a high level of customer service.
* Triages customer phone calls and window visits so efficient utilization of pharmacist workflow is maintained.
* Works cooperatively with other hospital departments and physician offices to provide requested medications and supplies (HR Advocacy program, special needs, medics, etc.).

Education and Experience
The knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below are acquired through the successful completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be a minimum of 17 years of age. Indiana Pharmacy Technician License is required, National Technician Certification is preferred. Previous work in a pharmacy, either hospital or retail, is required. The Candidate must successfully pass the National Pharmacy Technician Certification exam within six months of obtaining position. Failure to pass the National Pharmacy Technician Certification exam after 3 attempts (the maximum allowed by PTCB) will result in termination from this position.

The role of Service (Punch) Technician is to assist in preserving and maintaining physical facilities and grounds within the community, so that they are safe and aesthetically appealing to residents and prospective residents. Service (Punch) Technicians must wear complete uniform with I.D. badge when working on any Titan Corp property at all times, including nights and weekends.
Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):

· Hand-carry and install furnace / forced air unit weighing up to 90 pounds.

· Changing panels of glass ranging in weight from 10 to 40 pounds is require and may require the use of a ladder to accomplish the task.
· During the course of your job, you may be involved in repairs to the building structure. You may be required to move or transport a number of different building type materials weighing several pounds to several hundred pounds
· At certain times you may be required to perform maintenance on special equipment (i.e., exercise equipment, gas grills, golf carts, car washes, amenity areas, and security gates). All of these functions require different physical exertion and their weight depends on the particular equipment (usually in excess of 100 pounds)
· You may be required to perform certain resident service functions or make upgrades to the apartment. An example would be to install track lighting or ceiling fans. Both duties would require the work to be done using a stepladder and require lifting with two hands.
In addition to the above, you will be required to lift and transport other items pertaining to maintenance (weighing up to 200 pounds) for the smooth operation of the property.

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

Qualifications
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
