What You Will Be Doing:
This full-time role supports multiple aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, coordination, onboarding, and diversity-focused recruiting initiatives. The position partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a smooth, compliant, and high-quality candidate experience across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using the ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms

About The Role
This position is responsible for providing administrative support for a Management Team to include Senior Managing Directors/Managing Directors or Corporate Department Leaders. Candidate will perform all administrative and office services functions as needed and will require the ability to successfully balance assignments and a variety of tasks from multiple individuals. General Administration
* Create and maintain paper and electronic files

About The Role
FTI Strategic Communications is currently looking for a Director in our People & Transformation practice who will serve as a strategic communications advisor and project manager for restructuring, merger integration, carve-out, and other transaction-related assignments. The successful Director must understand how to engage and mobilize internalize audiences to drive change and be able to coordinate with colleagues in other practice areas to develop and implement communication and change management strategies targeted to employees, media, investors, customers, suppliers and other third parties. Candidates must have a working knowledge of Chapter 11 restructuring and/or M&A transactions as well as strong writing and presentation skills and a team player mentality
A successful Director is confident in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where situations may shift quickly and require an immediate response. A successful Director must be able to lead client accounts with autonomy, while managing up and down to ensure projects remain on schedule and on budget, anticipate and prepare for potential challenges, and create new formats and strategies, where necessary, to meet a client's objectives.

About the Role

About The Role

Overview
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of billing for an assigned group of lawyers and clients. The Billing Coordinator is expected to be able to serve as a resource for Billing Responsible Attorneys and their secretaries on all aspects of inventory management.
Responsibilities
Maintain a thorough knowledge of client terms, discount arrangements, lawyer and client preferences while ensuring:
Invoices are issued timely and accurately, inclusive of client terms and discounts
Best practices are used to create, present and distribute pro formas and client invoices
Compliance with firm and outside counsel guidelines is maintained
E-invoices are submitted on a timely basis with all necessary supporting documentation
Revisions to invoices are addressed and resolved on a timely basis.
Manage the unbilled inventory for an assigned group of lawyers:
Ensure consistent and regular communication with lawyers regarding aged balances
Leverage secretaries and firm management to escalate problem accounts
Make recommendations for write-offs of aged or disputed balances where appropriate
Respond to information requests from lawyers, clients and administrative staff related to inventory levels, time and cost entries, billing reconciliations, outstanding receivables and unapplied cash
Communicate firm policies and guidelines to lawyers and clients as appropriate
Support client and partner requests for accrual information
Produce and distribute standard unbilled proformas which recap client/matter time and disbursements
Analyze short paid invoices and determine the correct course of action to resolve

Assist with the application of unidentified cash receipts, ensuring prompt resolution;

About The Role
We provide our clients with a comprehensive view of strategic communications that leverages our integrated suite of services, including financial communications, corporate reputation, transaction communications and public affairs in all the major markets around the world.
As a Director in the Corporate Reputation practice, you will take an active role in supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts. You will be responsible for managing both up and down within account teams as you develop and execute communications strategies, including drafting and reviewing documents for client use and ensuring work meets clients' expectations. Mentoring and coaching junior members of account teams is an important part of the senior director role to ensure all team members have the skills and tools to perform well at their level.
What You'll Do
Client Delivery
* Develop and advise on clients' communications strategies to help position companies and/or executives appropriately within their peer set

What You'll Do
As an SEC & Accounting Advisory Senior Director, you will supervise the day-to-day activities of engagements including interactions with client personnel, audit and advisory professionals, and other groups within FTI. Your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Do
FTI Investment Administration & Reporting (IA&R) provides outsourced accounting, Treasury, and financial reporting services to public and private real estate companies, including investment managers, equity and mortgage REITs, mortgage finance companies, developers, institutional investors. The Senior Director, Treasury will support the continued build-out of our IA&R Treasury function including Treasury process and controls optimization, build-out of the client-serving team, overseeing, supporting and training junior Treasury professionals, strategy, design, and build of our Treasury technology infrastructure, and ensuring that our clients are provided with accurate, timely, and high-quality Treasury and AP services. In addition, the candidate will interact directly with clients, vendors, and Fund Administration and Property Accounting personnel and, as necessary, prepare and maintain and/or review records, process invoices for payments, track and follow up on all disbursement transactions, respond to vendor requests and inquiries and research and resolve invoice discrepancies and other related issues. The candidate may also take part in or lead transformation projects, either in conjunction with or separate from, day-to-day Treasury activities. The position requires that you be an assertive self-starter, collaborative, and a proactive problem solver and a forward-thinking leader capable of building a leading class Treasury and Fund Administration platform. What You'll Do
We provide outsourced accounting services to both public and private companies, including REITs, mortgage finance companies, real estate private equity funds, developers and operators. The Director is responsible for overseeing property accounting services to a range of clients and managing multiple property accounting teams - at both FTI and at clients. The position will ensure that real estate funds and real estate fund managers are provided with accurate and timely property accounting services.
Accounting & Reporting
* Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly property accounting financial reporting (including monthly financial statements, NCREIF & MSCI reporting and compliance, as applicable).
* Ensure property financial reporting and associated transactions comply with relevant accounting standards
* Prepare and/or review property analytical reports and client executive summaries
* Serve as primary escalation contact for Client Property Management and Asset Management departments surrounding property accounting matters.
* Review monthly property reporting for accuracy and ensure it is in compliance with required FTI and client accounting department property policies and procedures.
* Provide supervisory guidance to property staff including daily, monthly, and annual tasks.
* Participate in the preparation of annual budget and re-forecasting processes for client assets.
* Support closing statements for acquisition or disposition of properties.
* Support confirmation that all related tax work for properties are prepared, reviewed, and given to the third-party tax preparer on a timely basis.
* Oversee and manage cash management, banking, and transaction services for specific clients
* Create and deliver training materials and content
* Identify, document and implement process improvement initiatives
* Potential exposure or assistance to ad hoc or special accounting projects such as implementation of accounting software, transaction or business process review, and other financial reporting and asset management reporting assistance
Operations
* Support investment acquisition and disposition activities
* Review procedures and recommend solutions in order to improve efficiencies
* Participate in client meetings and trainings as required.
* Ensure adherence to client's internal and external audit standards
* Coordinate, manage and monitor client's external audit process
* Liaise with clients and assist them on accounting and administrative issues and relevant developments
* Provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients
Team Management
* Monitor and track team performance in order to meet the client service level agreements and achieve financial targets, including how resources are allocated to various properties
* Plan resources in line with business demands, participate in the recruitment and selection process, lead, coach, develop and appraise employees within the team
* Establish plan for new client setup and transitions
* Keep Senior Management abreast of all material issues affecting the processing of deliverables
* Ad Hoc Reports requests and operations metrics as required by management

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
* 6+ years public/private accounting experience and/or real estate private equity experience
* This role may require travel to clients and FTI offices
* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas

Overview
The E-Billing Coordinator plays a critical role in the revenue cycle of the firm by performing E-Billing assistance on electronically billed matters. The E-billing Coordinator oversees the electronic billing process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely invoice submission in compliance with client requirements and guidelines. This role involves but is not limited to, identifying and troubleshooting E-billing issues, maintaining data integrity, collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful billing.
Responsibilities
The E-Billing Coordinator is responsible for key phases of the e-billing process, including, rate uploads, follow-up on rejected items, and inventory tracking. The role also encompasses process documentation related to specific clients. The role specifically involves the following:
E-billing coordination between the firm, the e-billing vendor and the client, including all necessary setups and submission of preliminary data such as timekeeper and matter lists.
Accountable for a portfolio of clients and keeps all department spreadsheets and notes up to date.
Monthly review of assigned clients in which new timekeepers are identified. Assist with obtaining client approval for these newly assigned timekeepers on a monthly basis. On an annual basis, the E-Billing Coordinator is responsible for the submission of an all inclusive rate card for each of their assigned clients.
Maintain the spreadsheets for new timekeepers assigned to each client and add them accordingly in the vendor sites for successful submission of invoices. This also entails maintaining the timekeeper titles on the vendor sites whenever appropriate.
May be required to generate LEDES files for those clients who are not electronically submitted but require a LEDES formatted invoice.
Help to identify reoccurring violations of client guidelines and alerting appropriate team on action steps.

Fully documents all aspects of the e-billing process for each client. Electronically stores all documentation so that it's visible to billing management and staff.

Utilizes E-billing Hub software or third party e-billing vendor websites to submit e-bills and conduct necessary follow up until invoices are accepted by the client.
Keeps invoice statuses current in the HUB; bi-weekly updates required.
Reviews e-bills for compliance with client/vendor terms. Fixes errors that will result in delays in uploading or rejection of the bill.
Proactively makes recommendations and implements internal process improvements to maximize productivity and workflow in all aspects of the e-billing function.
Works with Guidelines team & E-Billing HUB to ensure the proper invoice template is created according to the client/vendor specific guidelines.
Works with Pricing team to develop and maintain rate cards for client submission.
Engages in team meetings and occasionally presents information to the broader group.
Coordinating with Billing & Revenue team on various functions of the E-Billing role.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Associates degree or higher in Business, Accounting or Finance is preferred or equivalent experience
One to three years experience with professional services time and billing software
Minimum two years experience in a professional services firm, preferably in a Finance department
Experience with various electronic billing systems such as Serengeti or CounselLink is preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel spreadsheets
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
