As a Sales Counselor in our Atlanta Division, you will work one on one with home buyers as they search and purchase the home of their dreams from one of our master-crafted floor plans. One of the most rewarding parts of this role is the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and experience through the new home build process by prospecting, educating, and setting proper expectations for the build experience. Assistant Branch Managers work in conjunction with their Branch Manager lead the team with energy, professionalism, and an urgency to complete tasks. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Architectural Engineering from an ABETAccredited school.· Professional Engineer registration in the United States or 3-5 years ofstructural engineering experience· Strong knowledge of structural codes: IBC, AISC 360, AISC 341, ASCE7, AISI,etc.· Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.Preferred Qualifications: * A strong background in Engineering in the steel racking industry.· Structural Engineer registration in the United States.· Proficiency with some type of steel racking software package.· Leadership experience.
