Management is never around and they don’t hire qualified people.

That they sold the company to QXO.
Fire all management including operations and start over with new employees that are qualified. They need to headhunt and get the best of the best to be able to compete. Upper management needs to realize that you can’t be profitable with a skeleton crew.
I came highly recommended by an upper managerial person who had known me for 20 years.
I believe if they would pay employees what they are worth instead of working them into the ground, they would have more profits.
I believe that experience is more important. They hire people off the street with no knowledge of the industry.
Helping customers get their orders without Beacon employees thinking they are above the work. I also enjoy solving internal paperwork problems. I like the busy work part of my job. But in recent months, there have been a lot of managerial changes that are not for the better. Fellow employees are not happy and are leaving because of this change.
