Role Responsibilities
Identify and provide "Best in Class" service experience to customers, internal sales and operations teams located within the region. Emphasis should be on both continuous improvement and enhancing the customer experience while managing cost to serve.
Interface with internal and external partners, including Commercial, Logistics, R \& D, Supply Planning and Manufacturing to support the Monozukuri/Gemba program development and actioning from responses. Work in conjunction with Collaboration Manager to support the development of customer agenda including presentation data and ownership to see that follow up actions are closed off.
Understand and develop a menu of services tailored to the customer base and create structure around standard processes and communication where applicable and manage the differentiated needs though appropriate and cost-effective solutions.
Understand the Global Commercialization process and navigation of software to support other areas within the region to ensure that we are prepared for product launch/changes to avoid order delays associated with launch.
Lead, coordinate and follow up on action items in various meetings supporting the customer/distributor, leadership, and collaboration manager where applicable.
Support onboard training of new staff and maintain updated SOPs as required.
Manage and/or direct small to mid-size projects associated with OTC process and customer experience.
Collaborate with and maintain relationships with functional groups including GBS, IT, GC, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations, Finance, Warehouse and Transportation personnel as well as external customer contacts.
Work in conjunction with all teams to manage the OTC process from order intake through invoicing for BSI distributor partners, ensuring SLA, reducing non valued workload/touches, and improving overall customer experience.
Identify and implement process opportunities to ensure accurate, effective, and timely execution of orders through OTC process to enhance the customer experience.
Effectively manage RTM changes such as Direct Import changes and be able to manage those projects independently with various internal/external teams ensuring on time delivery with minimal impact to operations and customer.
Facilitate onboarding training of new distributors and commercial state contacts within customer base related to communication, reporting, salesforce portal and customer collaboration site where applicable.
Lead, coordinate, and follow up on action items related to bi- monthly commercial discussions, Monozukuri/Gemba meetings and Monthly Business Review (MBR) of service discussions with Sr. Leadership as well as ad hoc, WOW and project focused meetings.
Ownership and execution of the communication to customers and/or sales team related to OTC processes such as monthly order launching windows, OA, OOS, allocation reporting, service reporting, etc.
Standardize process for OTC to ensure uniformity and identify and implement differentiated service requirements where applicable designated by commercial.
Utilize and demonstrate ability to improve processes within existing or new systems/tools such as SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, Hana, and Esker to improve efficiency and/or customer experience.
Utilize reporting software such as SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, Hana, and Esker to create KPI's (Key customer specific ones) and metrics around monthly initiatives to better monitor impact of process enhancements and help identify any other areas for improvement.
Works closely with Commercial, Operations, Teams, Distributors, GBS, Finance and Supply Chain Departments in relationship to OTC processes and customer experience.
Qualifications

The Senior Manager Planning & Analytics CoE NA is a critical role for this function.
The Senior Manager Demand Planning & Analytics CoE NA is a leadership position who has experience in leading demand planning transformation. This position is primarily accountable for leading the strategy and execution of demand planning transformation for the International Region while also driving select global initiatives.
This position will collaborate with the S&OP Leadership, Regional S&OP teams, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams in the International Region to support the demand planning needs for the implementation of the business transformation program. This position will report to the Director Demand Planning & Analytics - Global S&OP and Fulfillment CoE.
Role Responsibilities
* Global S&OP Transformation Roadmap: Support the multi-year transformation roadmap in collaboration with S&OP Leadership in the regions. Incorporate the feedback from the regions into the design process to ensure the Blueprint is technically feasible, globally. The roadmap will encompass cross-functional projects that cover:
o Process improvements based on insights from KPIs and external best practices
o Systems functionality driven by the process design and knowledge of advancements in digital technology

Position Summary
The Application Security and Authorization Manager is responsible for overseeing the security of enterprise applications and access management across the enterprise. This role ensures that business applications used by Constellation Brands are protected against threats and access to them is managed according to firm policy, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
This role will oversee regular application security assessments, identity and access management (IAM), and authorization frameworks. This role will require collaborate with applications owners; enterprise architects; and infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to ensure strong digital protections and threat mitigation around enterprise applications. They will be responsible for ensuring that security measures will meet firm standards and relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate is a technically capable, process-driven, collaborative leader with strong expertise in application security, IAM, and regulatory compliance. They possess excellent organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and an ability to work across teams to ensure effective responses to any potential threats to enterprise applications. Success in this role requires a commitment to governance, continuous improvement, and enabling business agility.
Key Responsibilities
* Policy & Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and enforce robust application security policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure continuous compliance with internal controls and external regulations such as SOX, GDPR, etc..
* Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) & SoD: Design, manage, and maintain effective Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks to prevent conflicts of interest and unauthorized access across all systems.
* SAP Security Expertise: Oversee all aspects of SAP security, including role design, user administration in various SAP systems (S/4HANA, Fiori, TM, BTP), and management of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions for automated risk analysis and reporting.
* Enterprise Systems Oversight: Manage core non-SAP platforms Integrations with IAM (e.g., Azure AD or Entra, Okta, SailPoint and any application specific tooling), ensuring seamless user lifecycle management (joiners, movers, leavers) and integration with various cloud based SAAS services and systems.
* Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Champion the continuous improvement of security operations by optimizing existing processes, standardizing procedures, leveraging automation technologies, and reducing manual effort within the security and provisioning lifecycles.
* Access Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor system access logs, review exception reports, and investigate potential authorization misuse or breaches. Lead rapid response efforts to contain, analyze, and remediate application security incidents specifically related to user roles, permissions, and compromised credentials.
* Auditing & Reporting: Coordinate internal and external audits by providing documentation and evidence of access controls. Oversee and execute the quarterly User Access Review (UAR) process, ensuring timely completion, documentation of evidence, and remediation of discrepancies. Report on security metrics and compliance status to senior management.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and train a team of security analysts and collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders and product Teams to ensure application security requirements are met across all projects and operations.
Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience in Application Security, Identity and Access Management, IT Security Operations.
* Proven experience managing application security programs and IAM in enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of security frameworks and tools (e.g., SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant security/IAM platforms.
* Experience with automation and integration of security and access management tools.
* Background in consumer goods or similar industries.
* Familiarity with audit, compliance, and regulatory processes (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).

The salary range for this role is:
$114,300.00 - $207,800.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Qualifications
* 4-5 years of experience in Marketing or Field Marketing, preferably with Brand, Regional and Commercial Sales connectivity
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing (Masters preferred); MBA preferred
* Extensive commercial experience in Beer, Flavored Malt Beverages, and/or RTD experience required
* Industry experience in Consumer Brand Experience or AlcBev is strongly preferred
* Proven track record of:
* Agency management
* Ability to develop marketing programs and assets
* Ability to work cross functionally and manage through others, including managing up
* Strong deadline management skills - meeting or delivering ahead of schedule

Salary Range: $95,000-$103,000, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
