* Solicit client investment for broadcast and non-broadcast projects, experiential marketing, streaming audio and other projects as assigned by management.
* Maintain an organized format on each sales call, covering all important topics: client marketing analysis, target consumer needs, benefits sought, assignments and follow-up.
* Identify, contact, develop and sell new accounts in keeping with individual sales goals.

* Product Knowledge of Key and Target Accounts
* Leverage knowledge of BBGI products, benefits, pricing, competitive, qualitative, and quantitative information to the benefit of your clients
* Continually update and expand your expertise with advertising/marketing, promotions, events, digital, audio, and video campaigns.
* Be familiar with features, benefits, strengths, and weaknesses of competitors.
* Administrative Duties
* Consistently plan and organize work efficiently, i.e., schedules, working appointments in advance
* Maintain updated account and sales records by effectively using company CRM.
* Provide organized and well thought out reports as requested by management.
* Coordination and Communication
* Regularly communicate with direct supervisor to discuss progress, specific needs, sales rates, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
* 2-4 years of experience working in a digital advertising operations role, working with sales and marketers
* 2-4 years of experience in campaign and performance management
* Knowledge of digital marketing including SEM, SEO, social, content marketing, programmatic, video, display advertising, and website development
* Knowledge of ad tagging and the CM Trafficking, Reporting, & Attribution platforms and ability to formulate appropriate recommendations to improve client ROI is a plus
* Analytical and possess the ability to evaluate data and interpret results for client-facing deliverables
* Knowledge of attribution and omni-channel efforts is essential, understanding how all marketing channels work together to drive results
* Excel skills needed for interpreting data for insights and superior PPT skills for visualizing the outcomes and opportunities
* Proven skills in digital campaign management including processing, trafficking, and monitoring performance against established expectations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively managing performance
* Problem-solving skills is required, with the ability to proactively identify potential issues, troubleshoot and quickly resolve them
* Demonstrated customer service skills with ability to build strong working relationships and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
* Detailed knowledge of both internal and outsourced digital platforms, understanding how technology stacks come together to serve our campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
* BA/BS from a 4-year university or equivalent preferred
* Working knowledge in ad platforms and reporting in systems such as: Google Analytics, Google Ads, general Google Marketing Platforms, Facebook, CM360/DV360/SA360, etc. Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are preferred

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performs daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and other required inspections of amusement rides and related equipment as assigned, taking corrective actions as issues are identified. Inspections are visual as well as auditory.
Trouble shoots a variety of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems and takes appropriate corrective actions.
Properly follows all repair procedures and maintains accurate documentation of all repairs. Maintains orderly and accurate records of all required inspections and work performed and submits required paperwork to supervision in a timely manner.
Communicates the status of assigned rides both verbally and in written format.
Maintains all assigned equipment in a safe and ready condition according to all applicable codes, laws, rules, company policies, and best practices.
Reads, understands, and applies information from manufacturer's manuals for service, repair and or component replacement. Accurately reads blueprints (mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic). Completes proper documentation as required.
Interacts with and communicates with various groups and individuals, such as the immediate supervisor, other Park managers and staff, co-workers, guests, vendors, contractors, inspectors, etc.
Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions, and giving directions.
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervisor.
Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Meets Six Flag's attendance requirements as outlined in Six Flag's attendance policies.
Adheres to Six Flag's code of conduct including costuming and grooming standards as outlined in employees' Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of control processors, components, and communication networks used in real-time industrial applications. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
