As a seasonal support driver (SSD), you'll deliver packages to communities and businesses in the comfort of your own vehicle. This is a friendly, physically active role, so you'll need to enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel.
This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

The Role
The Customer Account Representative provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet company account management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours/days of work are Monday through Saturday, store open to close hours with SUNDAY'S OFF along with one other weekday off. Schedules and hours per week/overtime work may change throughout the year as dictated by management and business needs.
Compensation
The Customer Account Representative position is paid hourly in accordance with Home Choice!'s usual payroll procedures. In addition to an hourly rate, the Customer Account Representative position is paid out WEEKLY along with all companywide roles.

Customer Service
Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes and obtain new orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone
Deliveries and Pickups
Opportunity to get out of the store and display a winning spirit through safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, while following all handling and transportation procedures as well as keeping vehicles clean and properly maintained as assigned.
Merchandising
Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness with both customers and fellow coworkers in mind by refurbishing merchandise to like new condition and keeping showroom dusted, vacuumed and organized

What You Will Do
Work with full life cycle of ammonia processes including refrigeration, gas fired heating, instrumentation, and PLC control systems, pumps, motors, and loading/unloading product
Troubleshoot, maintain, and operate ammonia refrigeration, storage, loading/unloading systems
Train customers how to safely load anhydrous ammonia

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for Manager is $96,000 to $184,000 and for Sr. Manager is $123,000 to $230,000. The Animal Impound Worker is responsible for the care, monitoring, and welfare of animals housed in the impound facility. This position ensures the cleanliness of the facility, provides daily care for impounded animals, and maintains accurate records of incidents and inventory. This position is generally limited to 10 hours per week and only works when there are animals in the facility. When animals are present, general working hours are Sunday - Saturday (including holidays) 7:00 am - 9:00 am and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the animal impound facility in compliance with established standards.
* Ensure proper disposal of waste and adherence to hygiene protocols.
* Provide daily care, including housing, feeding, and watering of impounded animals.
* Monitor the health and welfare of animals and report any concerns.
* Quarantine sick or diseased animals to prevent the spread of illness and ensure proper care.

Environmental and Social Grievance Protocol Consultant

About this position
We are looking for an autonomous, experienced, and highly motivated individual to join the team of professionals providing technical support in promoting the Bank's strategic environmental and social (E&S) priorities and ensuring that funded projects are socially and environmentally sustainable.
The person will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the management of the Bank's Grievance Protocol, coordinating the management of grievances with the members of the Environmental and Social Solutions Division (VPS/ESG) team and other project sector teams.
VPS/ESG is responsible for ensuring that the Bank's funded projects are environmentally and socially sustainable and comply with the Environmental and Social Policies Framework (ESPF) or the previous Environmental and Social Safeguard Policies, as applicable. VPS/ESG specialists provide technical inputs during due diligence in preparation and supervision.
The ESPF outlines three channels for submitting grievances related to the environmental and social aspects of the Bank's funded projects: (i) a project-level grievance mechanism; (ii) the administration-level grievance mechanism (Grievance Protocol); and (iii) the Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI, for its acronym in Spanish).
Therefore, since November 2021, the Bank has developed an internal protocol to provide a direct channel for stakeholders to file a complaint about the environmental and social performance of the projects.
What you'll do
The selected candidate will report to the VPS/ESG Group Head responsible for coordinating the IDB Grievance Protocol. Their main activities are as follows (this is an indicative list):
* Implement the provisions of the Grievance Protocol for the registration, management, monitoring, and reporting of grievances submitted to the IDB.
* Support the regular updating and management of the Bank's Grievance Protocol system.
* Lead and support the different stages of the grievance management process in accordance with the provisions of the Grievance Protocol.
* Prepare and facilitate the development of dialogue processes in accordance with the Bank's Grievance Protocol, and document them through meeting minutes and other reports.
* Develop strategies to maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on providing strategies for resolving grievances.
* Prepare periodic reports as required by the Grievance Protocol or by the Bank's administration.
* Contribute to identifying trends and lessons learned from grievance management.
* Prepare and facilitate training sessions on conflict resolution, as well as dissemination of the Grievance Protocol to both external and internal stakeholders.
* Perform other tasks assigned by the VPS/ESG Division Chief and/or responsible Group Head for implementing the Grievance Protocol.
What you'll need
Education: Master's degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in social sciences (law, economics, political science, sociology), or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in designing, advising, or managing alternative mechanisms for resolving socio-environmental conflicts, and in participation or facilitation of dialogue spaces.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.
