The Details:
We have a variety of schedules available to suit your needs . All positions include rotating Saturdays and occasional Sundays, as well as additional hours during major floral holiday times.

QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Able to speak clearly with good tone and volume, especially on the telephone
Must have neat and legible handwriting.
Must have basic math skills to calculate prices from price lists, for discounts or multiple items, etc.
Must be able to read and understand policies and apply them to a variety of circumstances
Able to type at least 15 wpm
Able to handle customer concerns
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Related experience is a plus! .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete sales training and evaluations
Daily contact with customers in the store and on the telephone.
During contact with customers, ask appropriate questions in order to suggest suitable floral/gift products
Entering flower orders and purchases into the computer
Wrapping and packaging floral products according to current guidelines
Housekeeping/Maintaining displays - keeping shelves clean, dusting, sweeping floors, restocking, watering, pricing, etc., as well as cleaning other areas, when requested
Assisting with display set-up and floral presentations
Other duties as assigned.

Performs general store operational duties including cashiering, customer service, truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and light cleaning or maintenance as assigned.
1. Greets and assists customers as needed in order to maintain the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications 1. Must be at least 16 years of age.

3. Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays required.
4. Prior retail experience preferred.
5. Previous experience operating a cash register preferred.

Basic Duties, Responsibilities & Attributes of a Fitness Sales Associate:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies, drive traffic into the location, and continually increase the membership base.
Provide superior customer service and focus on the retention of current members.
Ensure that members understand how to use the Burn Off App, make every member feel special and keep them motivated for the workouts.
Assist members during their visits by providing warm greetings for each visit, answering their questions, providing proper sauna and workout instructions, answering all post-workout questions, and providing suggestions on gear, hydration, and other retail items.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of HOTWORX membership to meet or exceed membership sales expectations and participate in prospecting and outside promotions for new members.
