The role will be responsible for assisting with low-income, tax credit housing, section 8 and section 42 apartment buildings serving multiple locations in Madison. The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property (HUD projects or assigned LSS owned or managed apartment rental programs), ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining positive tenant relations, and assisting with financial and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service abilities, and attention to detail to support the overall success of the property. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Tenant Relations & Customer Service: Assist with lease applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes. Ensure a positive living experience by fostering strong tenant relationships and addressing resident needs proactively. Property Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair requests to ensure timely resolution. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with lease agreements. Leasing & Compliance: Support the leasing process by showing units, processing applications, and verifying applicant qualifications. Maintain accurate and organized tenant records. Financial & Administrative Duties: Assist with rent collection, payment processing, and addressing delinquent accounts.     Job Responsibilities: The Lead Youth Treatment Specialist provides two essential roles within the Youth Crisis Stabilization Program. Provide group educational activities, recreational activities, follow up individually with youth, serve as a mentor and role model for youth. The second role is being a shift lead to ensure staff are trained, staff are meeting the needs of the youth, and all staff are following the policies/procedures of the Youth Crisis Stabilization Program. Essential Functions: Youth Treatment Specialist Duties: Serve as a treatment specialist in the milieu supporting therapeutic interactions by coaching skill use throughout activities, modeling appropriate behavior, teaching, and reinforcing use and generalization of skills through a token economy system. Use evidence based best practices for youth with mental health, substance use and life needs. This includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, youth centered and culturally reverent approaches while celebrating youth's development and identity. Use motivation and engagement strategies to encourage youth involved in systems such as court services and Department of Children and Families to participate in treatment programming and involvement in program activities. Always provide active sight and sound supervision to youth and families with complex needs. Assess youth behavior for risk to self or others and behavioral changes with in the treatment milieu and communicate with clinical staff regarding appropriate support as needed. Calmly and responsibly respond during crisis situations and intervene to de-escalate using trained and approved methods and techniques of verbal and physical intervention to maintain safety in the environment. Attend clinical supervision as required in DHS 34. Maintain confidentiality within all written and verbal communications Adhere to state licensing and County requirements. Adhere to WCS Policies and Procedures. Other duties as assigned. Lead Duties: Responsible for training new staff, being a role model, and orientating staff to the Youth Crisis Stabilization Program. Act as a shift leader to ensure staff are following programming and meeting the needs of the youth in the program. Redirect and coach staff. Share staff-related performance concerns with supervisor immediately. Ensure all policies, procedures, and protocols are being followed in accordance with State of Wisconsin and Department of Health Services operation standards. Ensure that Youth Treatment Specialists are carrying out clinical recommendations. Closely monitor all documentation requirements and work with the Assistant Program Director to ensure incident reporting. Collaborate closely with the resident care supervisor and leadership team to develop programming, monitor compliance, and measure outcomes. Administer medication and ensure staff are aware of medication changes in collaboration with medical providers and nursing staff. Business Job Title: Site EHS Leader Job Summary: In partnership with the Global EHS Director, the Site EHS Leader will drive culture by leading and administering the Broan NuTone Global EHS Strategy and Management System within the Hartford, WI facility. They will work hands on with site employees and the site leadership team recommending and implementing measures to reduce employee and organizational risk. Additionally, this role will ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations and standards. Job Responsibilities: Partner with Operations Leaders to ensure the effective application of established EHS practices to eliminate hazardous conditions and unsafe practices. Drive a culture that continuously improves and evolves to ensure all employees perform their jobs with a high degree of risk awareness. Participate in the development and implementation of department specific EHS goals and Metrics as required. Implement and maintain site-specific EHS metrics to identify trends and aid in proactive risk identification and mitigation. Implement and maintain EHS processes e.g., Lockout/Tagout, Hearing Conservation, Waste Management, Stop Work Authority, etc. in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Facilitate effective incident management techniques through the review of First Report of Injury and Accident Investigations. Facilitate worker's compensation claims handling practices and procedures, including claim submission, correspondence, and return-to-work process. Lead/partner with internal and external resources to complete proactive Ergonomic and Job Safety/Risk Assessments. Assist in environmental, sampling, and audits as required by regulatory agencies and maintain proper recordkeeping of all logs, inspections, and forms. Assist with regulatory environmental reports (air emissions, hazardous waste, storm water, wastewater, emergency management, etc.). Manage storage and disposal processes for hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste generated within the facility. Prepare and maintain OSHA logs and any other required compliance reporting for the Hartford, WI facility. Act as the main point of contact for safety and environmental regulatory agencies, including inspections, correspondence, recordkeeping, and abatement. Assist with the review and approval of pertinent capital expenditure requests for new equipment or construction. Develop and facilitate EHS related training for related policies, programs, and procedures. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety, or related field. 2-4 years' experience working in EHS or closely related field, with 2 years' experience leading the implementation of an EHS management system in a manufacturing or similar environment. Strong analytical skills to analyze EHS and Sustainability data. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments. Requires a high tolerance for ambiguity, good judgment, strong work ethic and sense of urgency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office. Effectively balances business issues with employee advocacy. Up to 10% overnight travel as needed Preferred Experience/Skills: 7 years' experience developing, implementing, and leading EHS management systems and processes in high-volume manufacturing or similar environment. Lean Manufacturing knowledge is strongly preferred. Prior Experience working with Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) Experience working with State of Wisconsin DNR online reporting tools strongly preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to be present and navigate around a very large manufacturing facility, with or without accommodation. Most of the time will be spent in or around the factory floor.
