* With a Juris Doctorate Degree, active Tennessee law license with no record of discipline
* With a minimum of three (3) years as a licensed and practicing attorney, either in private practice or in-house - contract review/negotiation, real estate transactions, business transactions, and/or civil litigation experience preferred
* Communication-driven with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse range of individuals and effectively convey complex legal concepts to non-attorney team members and make recommendations to executive management
* Detail-oriented and exceptional in time management, able to multitask, maintain organization, meet deadlines under pressure, and work independently or as part of a team
