Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Coordinates workload and deadlines in the Design Studio.
* Understands programs for designs, which incorporate square footage, room count, required options, flex spaces, cost targets, detail requirements, specifications, etc.
* Constructs option cut sheets for certain spaces.
* Regular tours of Beazer product and direct competition frequently to develop a full understanding of each product style, needs, and requirements.

* Conduct customer appointments in the Style Choice design studio with Beazer Homes buyers
* Build speculative inventory homes out in the system with colors and design choices

Land Analyst Responsibilities:
* Perform a lead role in the financial analysis inherent to quarterly and annual Division Business Plans, summarizing actual and projected financial performance for the Division and each Division asset
* Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, sources and uses of funds, and related distribution projections, cash flow forecasts, break-even analysis, cost-basis and cost-of-sales analysis, return-on-assets, and internal rate of return.
* Assist in financial feasibility analysis for each of the Division's acquisition opportunities.
* Prepare underwriting proformas and related financial documentation for each asset acquired by Division.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, and receiving/returning phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
