Mr. Reglin was appointed Executive Vice President - Retail Banking in September 2007 in conjunction with our bank charter consolidation. Prior to September 2007, he had been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Independent Bank West Michigan since 1999 and prior to that time he was Senior Vice President of the Bank since 1991. Mr. Reglin is also the President of Independent Title Services, Inc. He originally joined Independent Bank Corporation in 1981. Mr. Reglin received his bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University.

Gavin Mohr is an EVP, Chief Financial Officer at Independent Bank and VP/Treasurer at Yadkin Valley Bank and is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has worked as Vice President - Treasurer at Yadkin Bank, Assistant Vice President:Treasurer at TOWER BANK & TRUST CO/FORT W, and VP/Treasurer at STAR Financial Bank. Gavin studied at Indiana University, Miami University/Oxford OH, and Miami University between 2003 and 2006.

Gerry Nadeau is the Executive Vice President in charge of Commercial Banking. Gerry started his career with Rockland Trust in June of 1984 as a Management Trainee. For over 20 years he has consistently been one of the Bank's top lenders, working his way up through the ranks of the Commercial Lending department. In 1995, Gerry was promoted to Senior Vice President/Brockton Commercial Lending Center Manager and in 1998 he became Senior Vice President/Brockton Regional Lending Center Manager. Gerry was promoted to his current role 2007. Gerry serves on the Board of Directors for numerous organizations including the Stonehill College Executive Committee for Development, Southeastern MA Affordable Housing Corporation, Montello Affordable Housing Corporation, SEED Corporation, Metro South Chamber of Commerce, and the Brockton Boys & Girls Club.

Jan Webb is an EVP/Chief Operations Officer at Independent Bank and is based in McKinney, Texas. He attended BAYLOR UNIVERSITY between 1977 and 1980.

Jennifer Marino is a Senior VP/Chief Mktg & Customer Ofcr at Rockland Trust Co and Senior VP/Chief Mktg & Customer Ofcr at Independent Bank. She has worked as Senior VP/Chief Mktg Officer at Rockland Trust Co. Jennifer studied at Providence College.

Mr. Kessel was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2013. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Independent Bank Corporation from April 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President - Chief Operations Officer of Independent Bank from September 2007 to March 2011. He joined Independent Bank Corporation in 1994 as Vice President of Finance. In 1996 he was appointed Senior Vice President of Branch Administration for Independent Bank, a position he held until being named as President and CEO in 2004 and served in this position until the consolidation of the Company's bank charters in September 2007. Mr. Kessel is a certified public accountant and received his undergraduate degree from Miami University (Ohio) and his MBA from Grand Valley State University.
