# Job Summary:
This position is for a Deputy Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Engineering Group Supervisor, who will assist in leading the CSA team to prepare designs associated with DOD and USAF projects. This role is responsible for the design delivery and supporting team management for the Bechtel work products and designs, as well as for coordinating the scope and integration of work with internal and external stakeholders. Job Summary:
Reports to and receives operational direction from the Supply Chain Manager, or delegated supervisor. Requires general supervision during performance of purchasing activities. Job Summary:
The Safety Specialist helps develop and execute the safety and occupational health component of an Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) program. This involves administrative and field tasks per established industry practices, procedures, and regulatory and Bechtel requirements. Position Description: Responsible for planning, coordinating and developing the project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan that incorporates the policies and procedures necessary to deliver the project fully compliant with the contract documents. # Job Summary:
Perform pipe stress analysis using AutoPipe. Coordinate with Pipe Support Engineers and Layout personnel as required.

The Sentinel (GBSD) Project is looking for someone to join the Environmental, Safety and Health (ES&H) team as an ES&H Coordinator and Data Analyst. This position, located in Ogden, UT, is for a SmartPlant 3D Designer who will prepare electrical 3D designs as well as 2D electrical AutoCAD and SmartSketch designs to support new facility infrastructure design for DOD and USAF projects. # Project Overview:
Bechtel is the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partner on the Northrop Grumman team to deliver the Sentinel Program, which is modernizing the ground-based leg of the U.S. nuclear deterrent triad, including intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) systems and launch infrastructure. Bechtel's scope of service in Sentinel's current Engineering & Manufacturing Development phase focuses on the ground infrastructure component of the program.

# Job Summary:
In this role as Structural Engineer, you will support the structural design for the project. This will entail originating structural calculations, specifications, material requisitions, and technical studies or reports. Additionally, checking of design drawings and review and coordination of vendor information. Work with other Structural engineers and technical disciplines in a team environment.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Designs structures using knowledge of structural analysis, including statics, dynamics, and materials engineering
+ Originates structural engineering deliverables, such as steel and concrete calculations, specifications, and material requisitions
+ Prepares specifications and related documents
+ Prepares procurement and subcontract requisition documents and performs associated technical bid evaluations with award recommendations
+ Provides direct support to other engineering disciplines for Structural related matters
+ Reviews structural drawings and design details
+ Prepares or assists in preparation of conceptual studies, designs, reports, or proposals
+ Coordinates work and collaborates with other engineering disciplines
+ Assists in preparation of quantity takeoffs.

# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires a bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Registered Engineer in Training (E.I.T. or equivalent)
+ Experience with Microsoft office programs, and other common computer programs
+ Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
+ Working knowledge and application of the AISC Steel Construction Manual, ACI 318, IBC and ASCE 7

* Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman. Ensure that critical activities and decisions remain on task and that Required On Job (ROJ) dates are provided to the project management team.
* Document project field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule, and provide to the project management team.
* Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule.
* Provide oversight for the Superintendent/Foreman for the development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
* Provide guidance in implementation of the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
* Identify projects with Self-Perform opportunities and assist in the development of the Self-Perform proposal.
* Manage Self-Perform performance.
* Work in concert with Business Unit Safety Director to implement the BU Safety Program.
* Manage Review of Capabilities, Accomplishments and Progress (ReCAP) progress for field trades people.
* Maintain a progression/succession plan for all high-potential tradesmen in conjunction with the Operations Manager (OM).
* Manage training for tradesmen.

* Support the Project Executive, Project Superintendent and Project Manager to support development of logistics plans and schedules during pre-construction and early project activities.
Salary: The salary range for this position is estimated to be $220,000.00 - 290,000.00 annualized, which represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
