**What you'll do**
+ Read and understand site plans, maps, diagrams, designs, and prints needed to support assigned projects
+ Perform routine maintenance on the cable infrastructure to prevent issues
+ Diagnose and fix problems with cable signals, plant equipment, and customer service
+ Use the sweep function on equipment to check signal tilt, which refers to the signal's frequency response across the bandwidth
+ Adjust and align the physical plant to meet technical specifications
+ Record field information, including details about the aerial and underground infrastructure
+ Duties include splicing, terminating, and testing cables, using specialized tools to connect coax cables, and troubleshooting to locate and fix faults
+ Complete all production sheets, verify proper levels after activation, and adjusts and troubleshoots as necessary to close assigned projects
+ Identify and try to remedy sources of customer-perceived issues
+ Use tools like a CATV sweep meter to test and analyze signals in the field.
+ Ensure safety and quality standards are met
+ Maintain company tools and equipment in safe and organized manner
+ Complete and maintain paperwork and reports accurately

**What you'll need**
+ To be 21 years of age or older
+ Ability to use signal level meter, volt-ohm meter, AC clamp meter television test set, spectrum analyzer basic time domain reflectometer and system maps sweep gear
+ Ability to travel daily and open to a variety of schedules (days/nights)
+ Knowledge of CATV signal flow and testing equipment
+ Ability to follow technical instructions and adhere to deadlines
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience

POSITION INFO:
The purpose of this position is to safely direct and support to set up and operate injection molding machines that meet quality specifications set both internally and by the customer. Prepares mold and components for service or storage by complete disassembly, cleaning, checking for needed repair, and proper reassembly. Coordinates repair or new tooling needs with manufacturing and tool room. Trains and oversees development of new cell technicians in areas of safe mold cleaning, preparation, handling, assembly, and set-up.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs all work according to proper safety standards.
Disassembles, cleans, repairs (or causes repairs) to molds and components, and reassembles for use; Checks molds for water leaks, damage, limit switch settings and correct hydraulic cylinder stroke.
Checks mold schedule, makes proper setup and tags molds.
Prepares molds and/or parts for storage with designated corrosion resistant materials.
Possess and constructively use widespread knowledge of molds and components for coordination of service, repair, production, transfer or outsourcing.
Operates material handling equipment, hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Assists Process Technicians in mold handling and set-up as needed.
Changes components of the mold in the machines following proper lockout procedures.

Perform advanced Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks.

Complete RJG Master Molder-I training - perform e-Dart analysis; train others.
Safely use mold handling PIV's.
Perform minor maintenance and repairs.

EXPERIENCE:
Must have prior experience in plastic injection molding. Preferred experience with PVC, ABS, and CPVC material.

Job Overview
Bigge Crane & Rigging Co. is seeking a Junior Hoist Technician to join our team in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the hoist and lifting equipment industry while supporting maintenance and repair operations across Florida. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of electrical systems, know how to read electrical schematics, (480V 3-Phase, VFDs, industrial controls) and mechanical components, with a strong willingness to learn from experienced technicians and advance their technical skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance of hoists and related equipment.
