Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.
Online Consumer Panels America is a consulting firm that specializes in product testing and product development work. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms to evaluate products to ensure proper product certification and greater market access.
It is important to note that during your application process, reputable market research companies will determine your demographics and consumer profile to establish what products would be suitable for you to test. Market research companies that partner with us will use questionnaires to identify and target certain types of consumers, to ensure that the right participants are engaged and to achieve the representative sample needed.
Participation in these product testing and consumer panels is always free, secure and private. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market.
Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Job Duties:
Provide on-site services at 1 client site in St. Cloud, MN.
Create and maintain positive relationships between Briotix Health and client contacts.
Initiate and establish professional and engaging relationships with client employees.
Provide education & training for individuals and groups focused on injury and illness prevention.
Provide onsite care and management of work and non-work-related discomforts.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of OSHA Health and Safety practices and follow established OSHA First Aid standards and guidelines.
Understand, implement, and follow all steps of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program.
Based on client requirements, you may provide Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work Services, Ergonomic Assessments (including on-site, virtual, office, and vehicle), or Clinical Solutions.
Detailed and timely reports are required for each of the services that you complete.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Briotix Health's designated web-based system.
Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in place for each specified worksite.
Maintain personal responsibility to adhere to all Briotix Health company policies, practices, and government regulations.

Qualifications

Education in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
Appropriate certifications and/or state license in good standing in each state where team member provides service.
Current CPR Certification CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, BLS Healthcare Provider, or equivalent certification.
Demonstrated knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
Ergonomic Certification or training preferred but not required.
1-2 years previous experience in industrial or office ergonomics, industrial sports medicine, functional employment testing, or job task analysis preferred but not required.
Must meet the physical demands of on-site work needs; ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, sitting, and or squatting*.

Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assist head coach with the day-to-day operations of a Division II basketball program.
* Mentoring and academic support of student-athletes.
* Student-athlete recruitment - ability to identify prospective student-athletes (PSA), assess talent, build relationships, and guide PSAs through initial eligibility process.
* Organization of weekly, monthly, and yearly recruiting plan.
* Assist with team travel coordination.
* Assist with player development.
* Team preparation: Scouting, film breakdown, scouting reports and walk-thurs.
* Coordinate film Exchange.
* Coordinate student assistants and practice players.
* Assist with social network sites.
* Assist with strength and conditioning
* Assist promotions and marketing of program.
* Assist with community services projects.
* Assist with summer camps
* Fundraising - ability to plan alumni and fan events and cultivate donor relations.
* Alumni Relations.
* Organization of monthly newsletter.
* Day-to-day operations/transactions - ability to manage budgets within allocated parameters, complete administrative transactions in a timely manner, and engage in departmental communication with various staff to support program and student-athletes.
* Compliance - knowledge of and commitment to NCAA, Conference, Institutional policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Coaching experience and or playing experience at the collegiate level
* Strong ability in technology skills and social networking applications
* Understanding of comprehensive duties of collegiate coach
* NCAA off-campus recruiting certification or ability to gain certification immediately
* Evidence of the ability to work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds
* Evidence of a valid driver's license, or ability to acquire a legal driver's license or qualify for a reasonable accommodation

Position Overview & Responsibilities

Start Date: Immediate Opening
Contract: 260-261 days
Schedule: Monday-Friday, typical school year shifts start at 1:45pm or 2:00pm and end between 5:00pm-5:30pm. Program hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., shifts of 6 hours or longer include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
FTE: 0.1250-0.9380 (5-37.5 hours per week) during the school year and 0.3000-1.0000 (12-40 hours per week) during the summer

Starting Rate:

* 11.375 or more hours per week, $18.38-$18.86 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements & Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and must be 18 years of age or over. Prefer experience with school age children. Radio Technician Coordinator

The City of St. Cloud is seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to fill the role of Radio Technician Coordinator. This is responsible technical and end user support work with responsibility for the support and maintenance of the City's information technologies, including 800 MHz two-way radio systems and sub-systems, personal computers (PC's), data equipment, voice communications equipment, and other telecommunications equipment and services. Work involves responsibility for preventive maintenance, response to equipment and systems operational problems, and end user support. The employee of this class is expected to work closely with vendors of support services and other employees of all City departments and divisions. Work involves providing preventive maintenance, trouble condition response and support of the City's two-way radio system and sub-systems, voice network, installed PC's, local/wide area network systems, software systems and applications, and other appropriate technologies required to meet the needs of City government. Work involves application of policies and procedures to assure the delivery of appropriate and timely support services to end users of information technology (IT) equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain all City IT equipment and systems, including PCs, printers, network devices, phones, and two-way radios.
* Install, configure, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hardware, software, wiring, and cabling for voice, data, and radio networks.
* Provide routine programming, moves/adds/changes, and troubleshooting for telephone and two-way radio systems.
* Maintain accurate inventories, documentation, cabling plans, and repair/maintenance records for all IT assets.
* Assist with setup, installation, relocation, and reassignment of new and existing IT equipment across City facilities.
* Determine when external repair or vendor services are required and verify proper operation upon return; may provide first-level, after-hours support for 24/7 departments.
* Support staff by assisting with basic technology training and performing other assigned duties as needed.
* Performs other work as required and assigned.
