Job Description
Funciones y Responsabilidades Generales
* Desarrolla la medición y control de la calidad para el material, proceso y producto con el objetivo de proporcionar un control adecuado a un costo mínimo y analiza los datos obtenidos en busca de tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
* Coordina notificaciones de Calidad (QN), acciones correctivas (CAPA) y quejas de cliente (CIR) que le son asignados Da soporte al cumplimiento regulatorio a través de desarrollar procedimientos y procesos con estricto apego al sistema de calidad y puede participar en auditorías internas ya sea como auditor, o en auditorías internas y externas dando soporte al proceso de auditoria o bien como auditado.
* Puede liderear proyectos de mejora de la calidad o participar dando soporte a proyectos donde se requiere la participación del área de Calidad.
* Genera reportes sobre el estado que guardan sus áreas de responsabilidad y escala situaciones críticas o de riesgo.
Roles y Responsabilidades Especificas
* Determina objetivos y metas de calidad, las cuales deberá definirlas en especificaciones, dibujos y procedimientos de prueba.
* Analiza propuestas de productos y procesos que estén en cumplimiento con la compañía y las regulaciones para la manufactura de productos Médicos y/o eléctrico/eléctricos.
* Analiza la información de la calidad y recomienda ajustes a diseño del producto, proceso de manufactura, equipo y sistemas de calidad.
* Participa en la Revisión y disposición de material no conforme en la junta de revisiones "MRB" y ordenes de cambio de ingeniería además da el seguimiento a acciones correctivas. Investiga e implementar estrategias de control de proceso, inspección y prueba en puntos estratégicos de producción y áreas de ensamble.
* Realiza estudios de capacidad del proceso en las líneas y equipos de producción.
* Evalúa reclamos de producto. Provee/propone la solución y realiza la contestación de la queja.
* Apoya en auditorías internas y externas.
* Tiene autoridad para revisar y aprobar documentos controlados por el sistema de control de cambios.
* Proporciona entrenamiento en el producto y proceso como sea conveniente.
* Realiza verificaciones y validaciones de equipo de prueba, procesos y de instalaciones en edificio.
* Escala situaciones críticas o de riesgo a la Gerencia. Actualiza y mejora procedimientos de prueba.
* Brinda el soporte de acuerdo con sus funciones a la transferencia de productos o modificaciones a partes, materiales y procesos, así como en la implementación de nuevos productos.
Supervisa estudios de capacidad y calificación de métodos de prueba (R&R).
