Position Overview-
The Apprentice Epic Clinical Analyst -Pharmacy is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience in supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications. Under the guidance of experienced analysts, this position will assist in system build, testing, and end-user support while learning the fundamentals of healthcare workflows and Epic functionality. This is a 12-month Program.
Essential Duties
Assist with Epic Configuration: Support customization and configuration of Epic applications to meet organizational needs.
Workflow Analysis: Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to understand system requirements.
Testing & Validation: Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches to ensure accuracy and functionality.
End-User Support: Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to experienced analysts.
Training Support: Assist in creating user guides and training materials for member staff.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system changes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaboration: Work closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams to learn best practices in healthcare IT.
Engage in training and development activities to build analytical and technical skills.

Requirements
Must have successfully completed an OCHIN workforce training program or have similar experience such as having held a position for at least 10 months within an OCHIN support team or a member site.
Epic proficiency in Clinical Applications must be obtained within 60-days of employment
Interest in data analysis, problem solving and continuous learning.
Pharmacy knowledge, experience with Willow or other Pharmacy software is preferred. Candidates with Pharmacy experience/knowledge will be given priority.
Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems.

Our pre-doctoral internship in clinical psychology offers an extraordinary opportunity for a qualified student to receive structured training in a unique, innovative multidisciplinary setting. Internship training focuses on accurate interviewing and clinical assessment for a wide variety of primary and comorbid presenting mental health concerns-including anxiety disorders, trauma, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, behavior or conduct disorders, among others-as well as various evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. Specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) interventions, including exposure and response prevention (ERP), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and other evidence-based treatments will be provided. Opportunities for training in other treatment approaches (e.g., parent-child interaction therapy for selective mutism [PCIT-SM], dialectical behavior therapy [DBT]), as well as psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessment, while not central components of the pre-doctoral internship, may be made available to interested interns.
Interns will receive educational enrichment through a series of didactics presented by our clinical staff; comprehensive individual and group supervision meetings; clinical meetings within our Anxiety Disorders, ADHD and Behaviors Disorders, and Mood Disorders Centers; and a series of lectures presented through our Visiting Professor Lecture Series. Interns will also be given the opportunity to give presentations to the Child Mind Institute staff, as well as schools and local community organizations. This role is conceptual and strategic in nature and does not require model development or software engineering. Assess the current state of Access & Evidence Generation processes, including RWE generation, payer evidence, evidence operations, and strategic planning.
