Este departamento maneja la producción de productos Dispensadores en la planta de Tijuana, México. Este equipo tiene la responsabilidad de planear, organizar, dirigir y controlar actividades para la manufactura de subensambles, productos terminados y sistemas de apoyo al proceso de manufactura.
Dirige las actividades del personal subordinado para administrar y optimizar las actividades de manufactura apoyando la calidad, seguridad, productividad, costo y cumplimiento regulatorio.
Responsable de la calidad de los subensambles, producto terminado y sistemas que apoyan el proceso de manufactura.
Administra los recursos de forma que mejor cumpla con las expectativas de nuestros clientes y metas de la compañía a la vez que cumple con los procedimientos operativos estándar aplicables de la compañía al igual que las reglas y regulaciones locales, estatales y federales aplicables.
Job Description
1-Participar en el proceso de Planeación Estratégica de la planta, así como de impulsar los Valores y promover la Cultura de la organización.
2-Responsable de definir y dar seguimientos a los indicadores del Scorecard de su departamento, así como contribuir al logro del Scorecard de la empresa. 3-Responsable del entrenamiento del personal a su cargo, asegurarse que los planes de entrenamiento estén actualizados y el personal entrenado y documentados correctamente. Responsable de la supervisión del cumplimiento de los lineamientos en las áreas de Manufactura (Operaciones - CFN Tijuana).
4-Maneja las áreas de producción para apoyar a los productos de Dispensing (dispensadores) que cumplan con las demandas del cliente. Maneja los Procesos y Recursos (Internos y Externos) requeridos para producir y enviar los productos terminados.
5- Planea y organiza todas las actividades de producción dentro de los departamentos, incluyendo planeación, programación, documentación, tiempo extra y turnos laborales.
6-Responsable de mantener actualizados los estudios de capacidad de manufactura que están bajo su responsabilidad y hacer recomendaciones para mantener niveles de capacidad acordes a los requerimientos.
7-Proporcionar soporte en conjunto con Ingeniería, Mantenimiento, Materiales, Calidad y Producción en la investigación y solución de problemas de calidad del producto tales como quejas de los clientes y/o rechazos de material no conforme.
8- Administración de Proyectos y Solución de Problemas siguiendo la metodología Lean -Six Sigma u otras herramientas reconocidas por CareFusion.
9-Responsable de preparar, justificar y administrar el presupuesto de su departamento y mantener resultados en adherencia al mismo.
10- Responsable de la elaboración y actualización de las descripciones de puesto de personas a su cargo.
11- Provee orientación efectiva, asesoría, y retroalimentación a colaboradores para asegurar un alto desempeño y alta moral Capacitado para actuar como respaldo del director de gerencia de manufactura cuando sea requerido.
