You'll also provide administrative support during clinical downtime, collaborating with our Emergency Administrative Liaison (EAL) team. In this role, you will: Assist ICU nurses and doctors with patient treatments, triage, diagnostics, and monitoring Provide compassionate, professional communication with clients and referring veterinarians Administer medications and help maintain accurate medical records Support the coordination of patient discharges, laboratory submissions, and follow-up communications Maintain organization and cleanliness of the ICU, treatment, and support areas Assist in administrative duties such as message triage, updates, and record management Communicate effectively with the Critical Care team to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes Schedule This is a full-time position Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Compensation Starting at $19.00/hour, commensurate with experience.
