Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting all customer segments including retail, contractor, fabricator and wholesale. You are responsible for providing information about our products including availability, price, applications, limitations, and installation recommendations. You are also responsible for order entry, purchase order (P/O) processing and receiving, and freight quotes.
As a customer service representative you will act as the liaison between Bedrosians and our customer. You have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and pay close attention to detail. You uphold the highest standards of service and aim to please customers and resolve any issues with win/win solutions. You are positive, helpful, and know how to listen and clearly communicate with your customers.
Duties
Work cooperatively in team environment
Greet and assist customers with selections and follow-through on their orders
Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures
Answer phone inquiries including over the phone orders
Assist with stock checks, pricing, freight quotes and processing orders
Process P/O's and receivings for product lines
Develop basic understanding of design and color
Resolve customer service issues
Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management
Maintain a neat and organized workspace
Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals, and directives.

Position Overview
C&S is currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Fuel Facility team. Location at a C&S office is preferred; however, a remote location is negotiable. Full-Time is Preferred; however, Part-Time is negotiable. The Senior Project Engineer is expected to have good relationships with clients and professionals in the fueling systems industry and will be responsible for generating project opportunities and managing fueling systems projects. In this role, the Senior Project Engineer will work with our multi-disciplinary design team to deliver projects in the aviation, automotive, and related fueling systems markets.
Position Responsibilities
Develop effort budgets and schedules for prospective project pursuits.
Develop working relationships with existing and prospective clients and professionals.
Generate project opportunities.
Develop and optimize processes for improved efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Apply advanced problem-solving techniques and tools to enhance process design and operations.
Ensure all engineering projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of industry standards and government regulations.
Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols to maintain the quality of engineering outputs. Conduct reviews and audits of project deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and integrity.
Champion safety protocols and risk management practices throughout project lifecycles. Analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and operational failures.
Develop P&IDs for, but not limited to: Aviation Fueling Systems, Automotive Fueling Systems, Heating Oil Systems, and Emergency Generator Systems.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including management, clients, regulatory bodies, and project teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project progress and issues.
Mentor less experienced engineers and support their professional development.
Utilize safe work practices in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards.
Communicate incidents, accidents, near misses, potential hazards, and unsafe working conditions to a supervisor or the Health and Safety Department as soon as identified.
Skills/Education/Experience
Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical, environmental, or industrial engineering or other similar degree.
Minimum 10 years' experience working on flammable and combustible liquids fueling systems projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or willing to pursue PE license.
Understanding of flammable and combustible liquids engineering principles, methodologies, and tools.
Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
Ability to write sequence of operation processes with P&IDs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical information to non-technical stakeholders and writing detailed reports.
Efficient in; Bluebeam (or other PDF reader), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Preferred experience in; AutoCAD, and/or Revit.

+ Ability to estimate the weight needed to accomplish weight test for different types of ships equipment
+ Be able to carry a full tool bag and assist outside machinist in removing, dissembling, repairing, reassembling and reinstalling ships equipment
+ Must be able to work at heights of 20 ft. or higher
+ Must be able to stand, sit, walk, kneel and crawl for long periods of time
+ Must be able to adhere and understand the company's safety policies as well as industrial safety requirements

Job Overview
Retail sales representatives are responsible for working with both retail clients and industry professionals to promote the Bedrosians product line and gain business. You are responsible for communicating all company and manufacturer recommendations and warnings for product application and installation. Duties
Greet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on their orders
Promote the Bedrosians product line
Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines
Develop relationships with industry professionals to increase business
Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures
Maintain a neat and organized workspace
Assist with conducting inventory counts
Maintain showroom and sample department organization and presentation
Prepare and deliver bank deposits if required
Review on order report daily
Meet monthly sales quotas
Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management
Work cooperatively in team environment
Participate in weekly branch meetings
Write thank-you notes to clients
Upsell clients when possible
Focus on increasing sales to meet branch sales plan
Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives.

Minimum Qualifications
