As a Cubby's CSR, customer service is our number one priority. Our CSRs are not just cashiers. Our CSRs are required to do the following. 1.Provide a friendly greeting to all customers upon entering the store or on the phone.2.Get to know your customers and use their name.3.Go out of your way to make customers feel important and valued.4.Move quickly to provide fast service.5.Suggestive sell to customers when appropriate.6.Thank customers for their business and invite them back.Without our customers we would not be in business. It's imperative that they receive 100% of our attention and we show appreciation for their business.

Identifies and improves practices to lower average inventory shrinkage costs.

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Nebraska as a (P) LADC.
Ability to travel between West Point and Norfolk offices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly.
Skilled in motivational interviewing and adaptable in treatment approaches.
Knowledge of multiple therapy methods (CBT, ACT, Solution Focused, REBT, Reality, Person-Centered, Gestalt).
Familiar with HIPAA, 42 CFR, state/federal regulations, and professional ethics.
Able to work evenings/weekends as needed; strong record-keeping and critical thinking skills.
Self-aware with healthy boundaries, self-care practices, and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Dual licensure (P/LMHP/LIMHP and P/LADC).
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
Assess client needs, develop diagnostic evaluations, and create treatment plans.
Guide clients in setting goals, building strengths, and changing maladaptive behaviors.
Deliver crisis intervention, education, and referrals to community resources.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports.
Support discharge and aftercare planning for continuity of care.
Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and referral partners.
Stay current with continuing education and counseling best practices.
