The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides neurodiversity affirming behavior analytical services including assessment, development of acquisition and behavior-reduction programs and plans, supervision to RBTs, and development and provision of parent guidance. The BCBA fulfills an on-site, clinic-based position and contributes to a safe and effective therapeutic environment for children, their families, and staff according to the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids.

Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and determining justified service recommendations

Efficiency in and appropriate use of proprietary data collection and record management systems
Participation in agency-wide program evaluation efforts
Consulting with educational and other treatment settings as needed
Engaging with Behaven Kids and other related entities with professionalism and a person-centered approach
Qualifications:
BCBA in good standing with the BACB
Minimum of 2 years BCBA experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Overview:
Oversee/supervise applied behavior therapy to families and individuals. Provides a safe and effective therapeutic environment for children and families in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids.
Responsibilities:
Create and oversight the implementation of ABA programs.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design, and analyze ABA programs, and propose improvements based on assessment results and ongoing data.
Demonstrates clinical, case management, and professionalism competencies
Responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of intensive behavior therapy programs for children with autism.
Data collection, organization, and analysis for proprietary system.
Parent and staff training in methods of applied behavior analysis.
Observation and evaluation of parent and staff therapy techniques
Facilitate weekly meetings with family and staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in working with children diagnosed with autism.
Develop functional behavior assessments.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in active environment
Ability to challenge oneself to continue learning and growing as part of a multidisciplinary and motivated team
Ability to “think outside the box” to achieve positive outcomes for clients and team members
Qualifications:

Overview:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides a safe and effective clinic-based learning environment for children in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids.
Compensation:
$20 - $23 per hour after certification

Responsibilities:
Responsible for direct therapy for children with autism using discrete trials to teach language, play social interaction, and self-help skills.
Provides a safe, structured learning environment.
Interacts with children in a professional, positive manner.
Implements Behaven Kids model of care and curriculum.
Implements treatment goals and objectives.
Prepares updates and maintains documentation and children's records.
Communicates treatment progress and concerns with parents, staff and supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must be at least nineteen years of age.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in active environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (Required).
Certified Registered Behavior Technician in good standing with the BACB (Preferred).
3 years experience working with children (Required).
Associate degree in early childhood education or related field (Preferred).
Experience with children diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities (Preferred)
