They will participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of Boys Ranch clinical interventions for identified residents in accordance with appropriate therapeutic practices and CFBR policy. Each intern will attend and participate in weekly team meetings for assigned clients. They will facilitate and/or co-facilitate therapeutic and/or psycho-educational groups and have opportunities to provide clinical services and support for the Equine Assisted Psychotherapy programs, Adventure Programs and other experiential learning activities. Interns are immersed into the community of care provided at CFBR and will be able to experience all aspects of care provided to residents in a General Residential Operation.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Child Psychology, Counseling, Human Services Administration or related field is required.
Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, prolonged sitting/standing.
