Job Summary

Maintain adequate and appropriate documentation of counseling records. Provide clinical supervision to master's level counseling interns/trainees. PROGRAMMING: Develop and conduct psycho-educational workshops, class presentations, and other outreach programs to address preventative and developmental needs of students. Collaborate with other campus departments, campus committees, and student organizations to provide joint programming for students. Provide training to appropriate campus organizations, faculty, and staff regarding relevant mental health concerns of university students.
CONTINUED EDUCATION: Attend continuing education programs required for professional license and certification maintenance, and maintain best of current professional trends for university counseling centers.
OTHER: Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or marital and family therapy by date of hire. Employee must be licensed or eligible to become fully licensed to provide mental health services and treatment independently, in the state of Georgia.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in a university counseling center setting. Experience providing group and couples counseling. Experience and proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health disorders. Experience providing emergency services and treating more severe mental health concerns. $10,000 Sign on Bonus + $80,000-$95,000 Salary + up to $25,000 in bonuses
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with one work from home day per week
Details : Clients ages 2-6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder, small case load, billables of 25 hrs per week

Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000 + bonuses
Performance bonuses: Earn up to $25,000 in additional bonuses per year (paid monthly)
Consistent Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
One work from home day per week
NO nights or weekends

What You'll Do
Conduct Assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.)
Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise RBTs
Collaborate with families, educators, and fellow clinicians
