About the Role
You'll work directly with children to provide behavioral supports, skill development, and guidance. You'll collaborate across therapy disciplines, supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, and help children reach their goals in a fun, engaging environment.

Compensation for this position falls within the range of $68,000-$75,000 annually (equivalent to $32.69 - $36.06 per hour) .
