Are you passionate about supporting individuals by working directly with families and caregivers? If so- Fraser is seeking professionals in Applied Behavior Analysis to conduct Positive Support Services sessions with individuals (aged 21 or older) and their caregivers. This is an outpatient service within the Fraser Autism Center of Excellence - Applied Behavior Analysis program. The starting pay range for this role is $75,000 to $76,500 dependent on qualifications. Responsibilities: Collaborate with individuals and their caregivers, develop and implement proactive, person-centered treatment plans for individuals (aged 21 or older) to build new skills and address challenging behaviors utilizing the principles of positive behavior support, applied behavior analysis, and person-centered practices Provide assessment and intervention with caregivers and the individual in the individual's home, workplace, or other community setting Support parents and caregivers using behavioral skills training to develop capacity in problem-solving, teaching, data collection, and data-based decision-making to support individuals to develop new skills and reduce challenging behavior Communicate with other service providers to support coordination of care Provide feedback to support efficient workflows and team collaboration Fraser offers: Schedule: Standard business hours- no nights or weekends!
