About the Role

Key Responsibilities

We work collaboratively across disciplines to offer neuro-affirming, patient-centered, and play-based therapy. We are seeking a BCBA to provide services both at our Palm Desert clinic and in-home within the Coachella Valley's surrounding cities. This position combines both in-home and in-clinic service delivery.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Complete all aspects of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior support plans (BSP) for clients from birth to 18 (dependent upon BCBA's scope of practice)
Conduct assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland and other supplemental assessments based on the need of the client).
Go into the homes to conduct FBAs, complete progress monitoring, and to provide direct supervision to RBTs/BTs.
Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions)
Provide direct case supervision to BTs and monitor client progress towards goals.
Provide parent training based on the principles of ABA.
Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates as outlined in the BCBA Supervision Contract
Ensure 85% fulfillment of authorized client hours for your assigned caseload
Minimize cancellations of scheduled sessions for your assigned caseload. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Strong administrative skills with a working knowledge of common scheduling and billing practices in the ABA field

Here at Diversify Bx we believe that the role of a Clinical Supervisor is essential in carrying out the varied dimensions of Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for complying with those duties and responsibilities of the position, as well as those which may be assigned to you by Diversify Bx.
The Clinical Supervisor will implement behavior reduction programs and instruction based on the principles of ABA across all settings. Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing Behavior Interventionists. The Clinical Supervisor will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, design treatment plans, and oversee client programming to ensure quality of treatment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervise ABA programs in home, center, community, and school settings.
Design age appropriate and socially significant goals and curated behavior intervention plans for clients.
Meet assigned caseload hours for each client.
Meet monthly billable requirement of 115 billable hours.
Ensure high clinical quality of programming, data analysis, design, and modification.
Create treatment plans and write progress reports using evidence-based strategies.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (using relevant assessment tools such as: Vineland, VB-MAPP and other relevant assessments).
Develop parent programming guide to support fruitful outcomes.
Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies.
Attend staff trainings and conferences for professional growth.
Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff, including but not limited to supervision, support with growth and education.
Meet all clinical deadlines.
Reporting Relationship:
The Clinical Supervisor reports directly to Regional Clinical Director.
Education and Professional Certifications:
Masters Degree in Psychology or related field.
CPR or BLS Certification Preferred
BCBA Certification in good standing Required
NPI Number Required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Minimum 6 months experience designing and supervising ABA programming.
Minimum 6 months experience conducting assessments, writing behavior plans and reports.
Minimum 6 months experience managing staff as well as a caseload.
Fluent in Discrete Trail Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Pivotal Response Training (PRT).
Basic and Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift a max of 50 pounds.
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sittings, standing) for extended periods of time.
Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
Must be willing and able to hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan.
Must be physically present at the assigned job location.
Must have reliable phone access with internet capability.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites within 25 miles of your home address.
Must have a valid California Drivers License and insurance in good standing.
