Overview We are seeking an experienced Tax Counsel for our Tax Law Department within Saudi Aramco's Law Organization. The Tax Law Department is responsible for providing tax legal advice to Saudi Aramco's business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures while working closely with other members of the Law Organization. The Tax Counsel's primary role is to ensure the provision of high-quality tax legal advice to internal clients and coordinate with external tax advisors. This includes providing tax advice on transactions as well as day-to-day business operations, reviewing outside counsel draft submissions, reviewing, and preparing draft responses to government or court correspondence, and assisting in handling sensitive correspondence and tax legal matters. Salary Range- 73k-80k DOE Hybrid/Remote Schedule: Set IOP Sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm. One day a week on Campus. Fuel Card if commuting more than 20 miles. BCBA Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients, including creating and maintaining treatment plans, monitoring progress through data collection and record maintenance, and conducting assessments. Provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, and LABA's, including performing competency assessments and providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality services. Deliver direct services to clients of all ages and abilities, providing optional services that are comprehensive, ethical, and tailored to individual needs. Communicate and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, parents, staff, outside professionals, and other therapists. Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, including self-managing schedules, maintaining accurate client records, preparing concise reports, and working independently within established guidelines. Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals in a respectful manner, providing and receiving feedback to enhance skills and knowledge. Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking guidance from senior-level staff to stay current with best practices and research in the field. Perform other duties as assigned, including initial assessments, client intakes, and special projects. Minimum billable hours: 25 hours per week BCBA Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education: Base pay of $80,000-$88,000/year, with potential to earn up to $108,000/year through our bonus structure. Valid BCBA certification and licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing with the relevant state. Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs across various age groups (children, adolescents, and adults). Eligibility to participate in all private and federally funded insurance programs. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel. Pass a national background check. Credentialed with Medicaid.
