About the Opportunity With the support of their regional team and Board of Clinical Quality, the Clinical Director designs and supervises the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities in response to physician recommendations in home, school and/or other natural settings. Duties & Responsibilities * Under the supervision of a member of the Board of Clinical Quality and assistance from a scheduler, conduct regular home visits for the assigned caseload to: * Provide individualized parent education * Supervise the implementation of the program * Monitor the completion of all necessary documentation * Provide in-field training to each direct report * Educate families on the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule with number of hours that are clinically appropriate for the client * Efficiently and effectively communicating CSD's policies to families * Completes necessary documentation including: * Treatment plans * Data sheets * Behavioral support plans * Progress reports and discharge reports * Other site-related documents * Monitor daily direct service appointments for: * Completion; i.e. rendering and accurate notes. * Behavior Specialist cancelations * Family cancellations * Maintain appropriate progress notes for supervision hours and input MLS/HLS supervision hours on CSD's billing program. * Maintain up-to-date records of CSD's templates, forms and other documents * Write, sign and submit progress reports to funding sources by the established deadlines. As a result, is responsible for maintaining a database of all report deadlines for assigned caseload. (Each insurance company will have its own deadlines. Deadlines are available on the policies CSD has created for each insurance company.) * Meet daily and monthly billable hours goal as set by CSD. * Provide clinical support and training to assigned team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists by: * Holding monthly 1:1 and team meetings and appropriate trainings * Contributing to individualized clinical trainings * Facilitating and completing trainings as assigned by the Regional Director * Assuring that supervisees' clinical responsibilities are defined and understood as deemed by CSD's Commitment to Quality Standards. * Evaluating clinical performance of supervisees and communicating concerns to the assigned Regional Director * Maintaining and documenting appropriate progress notes for supervision hours * Supervise and guide staff/supervisees with all clinical processes including but not limited to: * Behavioral support plans * Assessments * Submission of monthly session plans * Maintenance of monthly log of lesson plans * Completion of clinical reports and data collection * Maintain regular communication with Human Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns involving clients, Behavior Specialists, and/or Clinical Directors. * Remain current regarding new research, current trends and developments related to autism, special education, and related fields. * Attend staff meetings, in-services, trainings and other meetings as requested. * Additional job duties as assigned Benefits & Perks * A company founded by clinicians for clinicians * Benefits package: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account and Savings on additional voluntarily selected benefits * PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays * Promotional opportunities * Professional Development Stipend for CEUs and future education About Our TRUE Values * Transparency in the work that we do and the actions we take to achieve our mission. Minimum Qualifications Education Requirement: Possession of a master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in behavior analysis, education, or psychology in an acceptable field of study. Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of progressively responsible post-master's professional experience teaching, counseling and/or providing therapy to individuals with emotional behavioral, or mental health concerns and/or their families. Of the required three (3) years work experience, at least one (1) year must have included providing ABA services to individuals with disabilities. This behavior-analytic work may have been conducted independently or under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst per requirements of the BACB or other national credentialing body approved by the State of Hawaii law. Quality of Experience: Possession of the required number of years of experience will not in itself be accepted as proof of qualification for a position. The applicant's overall experience must have been of such scope and level of responsibility as to conclusively demonstrate that the applicant has the ability to perform the duties of the position for which the applicant is being considered. Using strategies backed by science (called Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA), you'll help kids build important life skills-like communication, social interaction, and daily routines-in their homes, at our centers, or in community settings. You'll follow a personalized plan created by our clinical team and bring energy, compassion, and structure to each session. Training is provided, and you'll always have support from our experienced clinical leaders. Duties & Responsibilities Conducts 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or the parents of the client have communicated to the clinical team that they would not like for the hours to be provided. Primarily responsible for conducting subbing sessions for other clients to sustain the productivity margin if a session is cancelled by the family. Subbing sessions will fall on Saturdays and within the employee's availability. Additional hours or sessions may be assigned by the Regional leadership within employee's availability. Implements individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Travels to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services. Subbing sessions will primarily take place in the regional centers Renders completed sessions daily and writes thorough notes Communicates schedule changes and cancellations to clinical team immediately. Participates in regular meetings and promptly communicates with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans, family concerns and questions. Fulfills the timely completion of necessary clinical documentation and communication of: Daily Treatment Session Notes Daily Treatment Target Data Daily (If applicable) Behavior Data. Keeps updated with other site-related documents and current clinical reports for each child served.
