This is a critical, hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, optimization, and compliance of the site's wastewater treatment processes. The successful candidate will be the subject-matter expert for wastewater operations on site, ensuring system reliability, environmental compliance, and continuous performance improvement. Performance of the typical responsibilities and duties requires the ability to provide direction concerning service delivery, the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, provide client-centered behavioral management services and guidance of Behavioral Management Assistants, involving job-related matters that are of moderate to unusual complexity. Who we are: Spread Your Wings LLC began in 2016 providing services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive environment which ensures the quality living of our clients. Given our experience and tenure of serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we also set forth a goal to include children and youth to the population we serve. Having that in mind, in early 2022, we were able to launch our Behavioral Management Services (ACCESS Behavioral Services) as a part of our company, and our primary duty is to provide the appropriate behavioral interventions and support tailored to the needs and desires of each individual, regardless of their age for all of our programs. Currently, we are primarily serving adults, but have been increasing our services to youths as well, and hope to continue to serve all age groups. We realize that typical ABA/Behavioral Service agencies may primarily focus on serving the youth population, but we hope that the right candidates are open and available to work with all ages. Please note that this is a hybrid position, so about 60-70% of the work may be done remotely. Essential Job Functions: Develop and implement functional behavioral assessment and behavioral intervention plans for individuals assigned to their caseload. Gather data and incorporate the information gathered into the individual's Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP) and continue to use the tools to monitor progress towards the individual's BIP objectives. Work collaboratively with Behavioral Management Assistants, regional center personnel, and individual's family/caregivers in the development and implementation of their BIP. Provide regular updates of the individual's progress towards their BIP objectives and make modifications to the plan as needed, so it continues to meet the individual's needs and preferences. Provide guidance, oversight, support, and training to the Behavioral Management Assistants. Apply confidentiality regulations and practices to everyday tasks. Provide great customer service to individuals, their family members/caregivers, and others in all interactions. Minimum Qualifications: Licensed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Have at least one year of experience in the designing and/or implementing behavior modification/intervention services.
