The Crisis Recovery Center
The Crisis Recovery Center (CRC) is the critical next step in DuPage County Health Department's decades-long journey to build the infrastructure needed to support a best-in-class behavioral health system and ensures all DuPage County residents will have "someone to call, someone to respond, and somewhere to go" when experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. The CRC will help residents de-escalate, stabilize, and connect to community resources catered to their individual mental health and substance use treatment needs. The building design and operations will ensure individuals and their families feel welcome, respected, and secure throughout every step of their care. The CRC serves as an alternative to hospital emergency departments and simplifies access to crisis care for all individuals, families, and first responders. Responsibilities
As a Crisis Services Counselor on our Mobile Crisis Response team, you will:
-Conduct community-based crisis evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
- Provide referral and community resource linkage, including CARES/SASS, law enforcement, hospital settings, and families/individuals
- Maintain required training, licensure, and certification
- Collaborate with staff and community providers
- Provide emergency and crisis intervention services in-person, via phone, or video
- Conduct on-site crisis evaluations
- Complete client care tasks for the 12-bed Crisis Residential unit, as needed

- Maintain required training, licensure, and certification
- Collaborate with staff and community providers
- Provide emergency and crisis intervention services in-person, via phone, or video
- Conduct on-site crisis evaluations
- Complete client care tasks for the 12-bed Crisis Residential unit, as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- 2+ years of experience working with chronically mentally ill populations
- Equivalent combination of training and experience
- Valid driver's license along with your own personal vehicle that is reliable to drive while working in this role

Easterseals Joliet Region is seeking a BCBA for our full-time or part-time Residential Program. Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, communicating, and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional behavior assessments, behavioral evaluations, and behavior intervention plans.
1. Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs):
Plan interventions and strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
Ensure the consistent and accurate implementation of the BIP, maintaining fidelity to the plan's guidelines.
2. Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect data on client progress and behaviors, using methods such as direct observation and checklists.
Analyze the collected data to track progress, identify patterns, and inform decisions about modifying the intervention plan.
3. Direct Therapy and Skill Development:
Provide direct therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, focusing on enhancing communication, social skills, and daily living skills.
Use evidence-based techniques like positive reinforcement, prompting, and task analysis to teach new skills and behaviors.
Qualifications
A Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field
An active BCBA certification from the BACB
BCBA for at least 1 year

About the Role
As a BCBA at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
Providing caregiver coaching and support
Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
