CLINICIAN Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility - WCS Jefferson County Responsible for providing individual therapy and supervising milieu group therapy to the youth residing at Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility utilizing the Integrated Treatment Model including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Provide service coordination in collaboration with the Youth Treatment Specialist team.
The Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility is licensed under the Department of Health Services Chapters 50 and 34 to provide a short-term stabilization service for up to 8 youth (ages 10-17).
Essential Functions:
1. Interview, assess, screen, and approve admissions of youth for services at YCSF.
2. Assist with admissions process on site, assisting families with paperwork completion and orientation of youth to the program.
3. Supervise the youth coordinator, providing weekly individual supervision, review and sign off on youth care plans and service recommendations/resources.
4. Facilitate treatment and value-added groups for the youth including but not limited to DBT skills, sex education, healthy relationships, cultural awareness, substance use, independent living and life skills for 8 youth across the gender spectrum, ages 10-17 years old.
5. Provide daily (more frequently as needed) 1:1 individual therapy session following treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches in the spirit of DBT.
6. Complete assessments to develop youth care plans including stabilization and safety plans.
7. Provide DBT training and coaching to the direct care staff by engaging in activities/programming to role model and teach DBT skills to both youth and staff.
8. Provide weekly clinical supervision to Youth Treatment Specialists in the YCSF program per DHS 34 requirements.
9. Engage in monthly peer review with clinical supervisor per DHS 50.
10. Participate as a member of the medical peer review committee per DHS 50.
11. Participate in consultation teams both as a team member and as a facilitator for program staff to assist in monitoring the fidelity of the milieu group therapy.
12. Participate in weekly consultation, training and supervision on the integrated treatment model.
13. Conduct daily risk assessments to ensure the youth are safe and not a risk to themselves or others.
14. Coordinate with Jefferson County Crisis Services as needed.
15. Work collaboratively with child and family team to implement a comprehensive treatment plan outlining each youth's identified target behaviors.
16. Attend court hearings as needed to provide updates and advocate for youth.
17. Work on-call to ensure clinical needs of youth are being met and provide clinical guidance to staff during crisis after hours.
18. Document all interactions in the electronic medical record SecurManage.
19. Engage with youth's support network and participate in family engagement initiatives.
20. Attend psychiatric medical appointments and assist in medication administration.
21. Keep appropriate documentation for all funding sources.
22. Maintaining resident record files in accordance with YCSF certification, Department and Health Services (DHS) 50 and 34 to ensure all records are updated and complete.
23. Uphold and promote a positive and supportive culture for youth and staff.
24. Maintain confidentiality within all written and verbal communications
Other Duties and Responsibilities: Provide coverage and direct service to youth as needed. Other job-related duties as may be necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the position.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Working knowledge of positive child/youth development; patience and understanding of difficult life situations; the ability to interact with escalating youth and/or parents in a calm and professional manner; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to respond appropriately in crisis situations; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; perform basic computer functions; uses time efficiently and effectively; ability to multi-task; sensitivity towards cultural, ethnic and disability needs. Minimal Qualifications:
A master's degree in a social work, psychology, or a behavioral science field. Training license as an Advanced Practice Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist In-Training required, full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist preferred.
Two years field work experience or employment experience working with children or families with significant life needs.
Working knowledge of computer applications preferred (Windows and Microsoft Word).
Ability to display cultural competence by responding respectfully and effectively to people of all cultures, languages, classes, races, ethnic backgrounds, religions and other diversity factors in a manner that recognizes, affirms and values the worth of each client.
Knowledge and skills to work with population age 10-17.

JOB SUMMARY: BCBAs as a part of Hope Behavioral Consulting are responsible for the ethical and evidence-based delivery of behavior analytic services to an assigned subset of clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities in accordance with all guidelines stipulated by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Involves the entire family or caregivers in treatment such that treatment plans include training goals, parents/caregivers are frequently updated on progress, growth, or areas of continued focus; BCBA will provide parent/staff training each month, which can be in whatever setting is deemed most appropriate.
Completes all required documentation, thoroughly and accurately, within the required timelines; Converts all sessions in time reporting platform within 24 hours of completion.
Accepts supervisory feedback and adjusts behavior and practices accordingly.
CASELOAD AND PRODUCTIVITY EXPECTATIONS (unless otherwise stipulated)
Complete 30 hours of personal billable time per week or 120 hours per month.
The 30 hours of billable time must be entered into time reporting platform and converted prior to the start of the next week
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
Assumes the responsibility of a mandated reporter concerning incidents of alleged abuse and neglect, as outlined by state guidelines and in accordance with the organization's policies.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The work required by a BCBA reasonably takes place in indoor and outdoor settings, except in inclement weather. The BehaviorAnalyst must model and work directly with clients and families; this role may be subject to prolonged periods of sit-down work at a desk and working on a computer as well as prolonged periods of sitting while traveling, walking, or standing with clients and providers both indoors as well as traversing outdoors when applicable. Job Responsibilities:
*Use available resources to select the appropriate assessment for a learner and complete all required components for the client's funding source in time for proper review.
*Administer assessments including but not limited to VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
*Develop reports including but not limited to functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
*Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client's program. Monitor progress regularly via visual analysis and make program changes when indicated.
*Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
*Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client as well as the caregiver. Client service locations may be in a clinical, home, community, and/or school setting.
*Demonstrate how new and/or challenging programs should be implemented
*Provide staff with feedback regarding data collection to ensure staff accuracy in recording
*Evaluate and graph data for program analysis and progress weekly, at a minimum
*Collect data as needed including interobserver agreement (IOA)
*Complete teaching procedure changes needed to maximize client progress
*Provide training to staff and caregivers on behavior analytic concepts and procedures. Training will be individualized based on caregiver and/or staff priorities and needs.
*Coordinate with other professionals to provide collaborative treatment
*Instruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn and improve functional activities through provision of direct services and implementation of the client's individualized treatment plan, as assigned
*Follow company policies and requirements set forth by the BACB.
*Provide adequate monthly supervision to RBT/BTs based on clinical recommendations
*Collaborate with Clinical Director to ensure all RBTs providing services on cases are meeting supervision requirements based on the BACB requirements
*Meet billable hours productivity requirement, as assigned by supervisor
*Administer RBT initial and renewal competencies, as needed
*Utilize Central Reach for learning trees, clinical documentation, and data collection
*Utilize HIPAA compliant company drive on company-issued device for all client information
*Complete RBT/BT performance evaluations per designated frequency
*Maintain communication with clinical and administrative staff via email, internal communication platforms and systems, and video/audio conferences
*Maintain communication with caregivers and other stakeholders regarding client progress and plan of care
*If qualified per the BACB and approved by supervisor, provide supervised fieldwork experience to staff members who are seeking a BCBA credential
*Complete session notes, timesheets, and administrative tasks including conversion of billing appointments per company protocols and submit within the designated time frame.
*Attend team meetings and on-going trainings, as necessary
*Remain current and increase knowledge of best practices and advances in the field of ABA
*Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Education & Experience Requirements:
*Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
*Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting, preferred
*Certification as a Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst in good standing with the BACB, required
*Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) practices and of the BACB Ethical Code, with strict adherence to these policies
*Valid CPR certification and other medical training requirements as specified by payors (or ability to obtain)

MAJOR FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Complete functional behavioral assessment for student IEP's at least one week prior to scheduled EDC or AR meetings and throughout the school year as needed.
Completes one of three levels of functional assessments in order to determine the function of behaviors prior to writing behavior intervention plans for students on caseload. (Level 1: informal assessment utilizing questionnaires and interviews of classroom and clinical staff; Level 2: descriptive assessment utilizing observation of students across various times of day and across time; Level 3 analogue/experimental assessment presenting antecedent stimuli and consequences)
Develop and update behavior intervention plans quarterly, for EDC or AR meetings, and 30-day reviews and throughout the school year as needed in collaboration with educational and clinical teams.
Review, edit, and approve functional behavioral assessments and behavior intervention plans written by behavior consultants.
Conduct and document monthly check-in meetings with classrooms and identified implementers of all behavior intervention plans on caseload throughout the school year.
Monitor all behavior intervention plans for students on caseload on an ongoing basis throughout the school year.
Develop emergency behavior treatment plans for students on caseload as needed.
Implement and track school-wide reinforcement/positive behavior support system linking classroom behaviors to a reward system for all students throughout the school year.
Participate in IEP/EDC/30-day review meetings for students on caseload throughout the school year.
Participate in all scheduled clinical meetings throughout the school year.
Interact with administration and classroom staff regarding clinical recommendations written.
Participate in all scheduled classroom team meetings for students on caseload throughout the school year.

Requirements
Education/Certification:
Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis.
Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA) or Eligible.
Experience Required:

The Commercial Counsel is responsible for leading the commercial contracting efforts for ORBIS Corporation and its subsidiaries (ORBIS). The Stabilizer position is responsible for providing a wide array of culturally sensitive, recovery oriented, trauma sensitive, direct clinical services in conjunction with other staff within the Emergency Service Unit teams along with outside community providers.
