Qualifications A Day in the Life: Develop meaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and the continued assessment of the client. Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to the RBT's on patient caseload. Provide on-going direct and indirect family guidance that are necessary for programming success. Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members. Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Golden Steps.     Belmont is seeking a 7 hour Behavior Interventionist. The candidate should possess a desire to work with students who demonstrate behavioral and cognitive challenges. The Behavior intervetnionist provides assistance to staff to address and maintain appropriate student behavior. The person may also assist in other areas of instruction, recreation, classroom organization and general supervision of students.
