CLINICIAN Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility - WCS Jefferson County Responsible for providing individual therapy and supervising milieu group therapy to the youth residing at Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility utilizing the Integrated Treatment Model including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Provide service coordination in collaboration with the Youth Treatment Specialist team.
The Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility is licensed under the Department of Health Services Chapters 50 and 34 to provide a short-term stabilization service for up to 8 youth (ages 10-17).
Essential Functions:
1. Interview, assess, screen, and approve admissions of youth for services at YCSF.
2. Assist with admissions process on site, assisting families with paperwork completion and orientation of youth to the program.
3. Supervise the youth coordinator, providing weekly individual supervision, review and sign off on youth care plans and service recommendations/resources.
4. Facilitate treatment and value-added groups for the youth including but not limited to DBT skills, sex education, healthy relationships, cultural awareness, substance use, independent living and life skills for 8 youth across the gender spectrum, ages 10-17 years old.
5. Provide daily (more frequently as needed) 1:1 individual therapy session following treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches in the spirit of DBT.
6. Complete assessments to develop youth care plans including stabilization and safety plans.
7. Provide DBT training and coaching to the direct care staff by engaging in activities/programming to role model and teach DBT skills to both youth and staff.
8. Provide weekly clinical supervision to Youth Treatment Specialists in the YCSF program per DHS 34 requirements.
9. Engage in monthly peer review with clinical supervisor per DHS 50.
10. Participate as a member of the medical peer review committee per DHS 50.
11. Participate in consultation teams both as a team member and as a facilitator for program staff to assist in monitoring the fidelity of the milieu group therapy.
12. Participate in weekly consultation, training and supervision on the integrated treatment model.
13. Conduct daily risk assessments to ensure the youth are safe and not a risk to themselves or others.
14. Coordinate with Jefferson County Crisis Services as needed.
15. Work collaboratively with child and family team to implement a comprehensive treatment plan outlining each youth's identified target behaviors.
16. Attend court hearings as needed to provide updates and advocate for youth.
17. Work on-call to ensure clinical needs of youth are being met and provide clinical guidance to staff during crisis after hours.
18. Document all interactions in the electronic medical record SecurManage.
19. Engage with youth's support network and participate in family engagement initiatives.
20. Attend psychiatric medical appointments and assist in medication administration.
21. Keep appropriate documentation for all funding sources.
22. Maintaining resident record files in accordance with YCSF certification, Department and Health Services (DHS) 50 and 34 to ensure all records are updated and complete.
23. Uphold and promote a positive and supportive culture for youth and staff.
24. Maintain confidentiality within all written and verbal communications
Other Duties and Responsibilities: Provide coverage and direct service to youth as needed. Other job-related duties as may be necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the position.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimal Qualifications:
A master's degree in a social work, psychology, or a behavioral science field. Training license as an Advanced Practice Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist In-Training required, full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist preferred.
Two years field work experience or employment experience working with children or families with significant life needs.
Working knowledge of computer applications preferred (Windows and Microsoft Word).

The Stabilizer position is responsible for providing a wide array of culturally sensitive, recovery oriented, trauma sensitive, direct clinical services in conjunction with other staff within the Emergency Service Unit teams along with outside community providers. CSI will assist with the day-to-day functioning of all activities related to the Crisis Stabilization Program.
Primary duties include assessing and coordinating the placements of clients, assessments, safety planning, and coordination of ORW support services, and transitional case management of persons stabilizing from a crisis. The position involves mobility throughout the community, working with police, hospitals, other JMHC programs, outside agency's and may require working irregular hours in keeping with the needs of the program. This position on the emergency services team involves working rotating shifts as needed, including evenings weekends and holidays in order to ensure that the clinical needs of the program are being met and to enable the program to operate 24 hours a day, seven days as week, 365 days a year.
The Stabilizer reports directly to the assigned supervisor with overall program supervision provided by the Director. Minimum annual service hours are 1,352.

Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Triage and Crisis Specialist assists with the provision of equitable and quality care for GHC members and patients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults). This role also provides crisis mental health services to individuals and families over the telephone and through virtual and in clinic appointment options. To support members obtaining behavioral health care within GHC-SCW staff model and/or members seen in primary care with short-term behavioral health treatment needs, they may provide short term, solution focused therapy and/or consults, intakes, bridging therapy appointments and follow ups to higher risk depression screens. The care provided by this role includes counseling and crisis intervention, short-term case management, consultations, and information and referrals to in-house and community resources. In addition, the BH Triage and Crisis Specialist assists other GHC-SCW providers by acting as a consultant for individuals with complex psychosocial needs. As a part of the BH Triage and Crisis team they will participate in team projects to maintain and, as appropriate, improve efficiency, training, and relationships with departments throughout GHC-SCW. The Triage and Crisis Specialist receives day-to-day guidance, consultation, and administrative supervision, from the Behavioral Health Coordinator for Triage and Crisis.

Behavior analyst job in Madison, WI
This is a Part-Time direct service position with ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. as a Treatment Specialist. This position would pay $250 per group session with a total of two to three sessions per week. The person in this position is responsible for a caseload of adult correctional clients who participate in the Sex Offender Treatment program at Foster Community Corrections Center (FCCC). Involvement with clients is in group settings, serving as facilitator for the program. Responsibilities include screening/assessments, preparing detailed treatment plans and relapse prevention plans, interfacing with other criminal justice and community agencies, preparing discharge summaries, and other collateral reports as needed. Weekly progress notes, SOT discharge summaries, and staffing notes are required, as are phone calls with agents as needed.
DUTIES:
· Facilitate groups in the areas of sex offender education/treatment.
· Review referrals, conduct assessments (if none have been provided in the referral documentation), complete the counselor's portion of intakes, monitor and evaluate client participation.
· Maintain appropriate documentation required in relation to group and individual client services in the facility's electronic records system.
· Maintain and update client files, write weekly progress notes and discharge summaries.
· Maintain regular communication with agents and co-workers.
· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
· Perform brief individual counseling sessions outside of group focused on helping clients assimilate group skills and concepts.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Licensure as a Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or Psychiatric Nurse with at least two years of experience in the field of sex offender treatment.
· Prior work with clients involved in the criminal-legal system required.
· Residential or treatment center experience preferred.

Staff shall have one (1) year from the date of hire to complete the required training. Staff are also required to complete twelve (12) hours of related update training every two (2) years.

Job Description
**ENTRY LEVEL** **FREE RBT TRAINING**
ATG is looking for a dedicated and compassionate behavioral technician to join our team and provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Behavior technicians are responsible for assisting behavioranalysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. The candidate will assist patients with day to day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you will display a compassionate nature, empathy and discretion in your work. You should have excellent communication and time management skills, and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, supervisors and colleagues. Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is advantageous.
A fully trained RBT therapist can receive, on average, 10-20 hours/week with each session lasting 2 - 4 hours.
Specific responsibilities include:
Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.
Collect and record data on patient behavior.
Collaborate, communicate and assist with the training of clients, parents and staff.
Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.
Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
Attend training to acquire further knowledge.

Qualifications
Certificate, Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a behavioral health or related field (preferred).
Obtain RBT Certification within the first 45-days of employment - all costs and supervision for this certification are paid by ATG.
Additional certification may be required - all costs will be paid by ATG.
Relevant experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Computer skills.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Essential Job Functions
Able to provide consistent attention and care for the client, up to 4 hour long sessions
Ability to sustain long periods of sitting or standing
Excellent communications skills to effectively interact with patients
Ability to bend, squat, lift, and lower a minimum of 20 pounds (must be able to lift and carry clients)
Must be able to have flexible scheduling

JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Model Behavior (act as a Role Model).
Provide therapeutic interventions while doing activities in the community
Meet with the Client every week
Provide Clients with a safe, therapeutic environment
Build trust through commitment and consistency.
Encourage the child to use their full potential.
Maintain open communication with Client families and County Case Managers.
Attend training offered by Lad Lake Inc.
Attending Plan of Care meetings when necessary.
Report any criminal activity, abuse, or unusual happenings to your immediate supervisor.
Enter case notes for each contact with the Client
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a master's degree in social work, psychology, community mental health, or a related field. License preferred.
Experience in clinical mental health services.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must show proof of 100,000/300,000 Bodily Injury Auto Liability Insurance and 100,000 Property Damage Auto Liability Insurance.
Must have good communication skills.
