Job Goal The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides behavior analytic services for students receiving educational services in Norwich Public Schools; provides district-wide support and professional learning regarding behavior intervention techniques to certified staff, paraprofessionals, administrators, and parents/guardians; and conducts assessments and develops plans that conform to IDEA, Connecticut law and regulations, as well as other applicable statutes and regulations. The InBloom BCBA Fellowship program is designed for recent grads to provide a comprehensive experience with applying ABA knowledge and clinical skills with clients, under the supervision of a BCBA. The fellowship experience will target the skills that are required to provide high quality services as a BCBA supervisor and to teach them to proficiency.
